I too would enjoy new radio content. I would start to listen again. Doesn't have to be a change in music, mind you it would help seeing as its been the same songs for 3 years.

 

Basing the game in 2008 was a big mistake cause the modern music in the game was stuff the world was done with, and glad to have gone from the charts in 2013. (Or they could've picked better music and had a second pop channel)

 

The music they added a while back improved the situation, but even so, when one of the better pop songs on your soundtrack is by maroon 5, that's a travesty.

I wish we could disable a few tracks from each station at least, since GTA stopped using single file loops after Vice City/Stories.

 

I think they should save the 50s/60s channel and cars for GTA6 cause they'd be wasted now.

And I think the music ingame is fine, there's very few tracks that I outright hate and will turn off the radio upon hearing.

Most but not all people who play GTA Online are kids/teenagers so i doubt they'll even notice or care.

 

You'd be surprised how tuned in kids are these days, I encountered a 12 year old (IRL) the other day riffing off Donald Trump.

Not in a very clever way because he was 12 but still.

This could be a fun idea; though I despise politicians, it would add an interested element to the game.

 

With that said, if Jock Cranley were elected, I'd definitely pack up and move to San Fierro or Las Venturas.

Well, it's kind of ridiculous on both sides. Half of one party seems to be determined to sabotage itself at the cost of its voters, the other party is.. oh wait, they're doing the same thing!

 

This whole "everything is black or white" thing is stupid. Left or right? Where the **** is the middle?

Well, one of the contributing reasons young kids are so "involved in politics" is because "popular" youtubers decided to use their youtube fame to tell their mainly young viewers what to vote for despite not having a single idea of what either side is really for themselves.

 

That kind of teaching someone to have an opinion rather than letting someone form their own opinion through life experience is deplorable. I thought we were done with these indoctrination tactics, but we've always had problems with celebrity worship.

 

And yes, this goes for both sides.

In all seriousness, Sue would be the obvious better choice for San Andreas, but by then our lives as criminals and car enthusiasts will be cut short.

 

Morally, our characters would choose Sue if they were just normal citizens, but as criminals they would rather choose a loud and incompetent governer so that their illegal businesses would still function as normal.

 

My character's vote goes to Jock Cranely, but he wouldn't be hanging a yard sign outside his house or something.

South Park has it right; these are often the choices one has when it comes to today's politicians.

 

Probably not the best place to discuss these things, but R*'s exaggerations aren't too far off; some of the nonsense they (politicians) say is simply appalling and you often don't know what is true and what is just kissing arse for the sake of popularity. They seriously all make me angry.

The exaggerations aren't far off because they don't even have to predict anything. Or rather, they can just by sticking to the same old stereotypes.

The left leeches off the hard working people and cries about things that don't matter, hypocrisy is also a big thing there. The right brainwashes with religion and/or tries to get people to divide, harden up and ignore logic or reason.

 

The RL candidates are surely the worst both parties have to offer. They're practically caricatures already. If they weren't real people, they could have been fictional characters in the GTA V universe! Like they, reality is often stranger than fiction.
