Pressure Drop Posted October 20, 2016 Share Posted October 20, 2016 I was thinking this too, and I'd like to think it's a no-brainer that it will be included. They named it the Rockstar Editor, so it makes sense that it could be featured in possibly all their games going forward. I have played GTA Online since the day it came out, and have seen them experimenting with many new things which they have added in over time. The Creator mode is another example, as well as the Editor and Director Mode. I think they probably worked on these with some of the extra money they made from online (s**t loads!) The fact they work seamlessly with the game, and you can switch between creator / editor / online / story mode with a couple of clicks is a great feature, imagine if we had had it with LA Noire and Max Payne, that would have been awesome! KInd of makes me excited for the future, if all their games came with these tools and their own online mode, however I have also seen the dark side of Rockstar with GTA, the Rockstar who ignore story mode and put in overpriced and underperforming items for purchase, and some things have not been fixed in over 2 years of the game being out, despite thousands of people emailing and posting in the forums. Will have to just wait and see, but they must have put a lot of time and effort into making their own editor, and they will have been working on RDR2 while they made the editor, so I am optimistic of my vision of all future R* games shipping with the editor / director mode and creator! Well you could always upgrade. PS4 Pro records and captures footage in 1080p. I hope the Rockstar Editor is included and can't see a reason why it wouldn't be. The idea of being able to create your own Western with those vistas would be incredible....though I may not end up playing much of the actual game.
