Yes Ik it might not be accurate but i had my ps4 had a flashdrive plugged into it and i connected it to my pc my antivirus detected trojan in it and my ps4 has been lagging alot lately and crashing so I suspect its the virus

PS4, because the biggest player base and best community. Also the most stable version and the only one rockstar care about (always gets first patch if patches are staggered)

Vectrex were the machine we all dreamed of but ended up with the much less expensive 2600's. Lucky because in the end the Atari was the machine to have. Right now I have some 30 vintage gaming machines but no Vectrex.I still have my original with the crazy glued thumbstick (thing wasn't very durable).

How full is your harddrive and do you treat it with respect? Properly shutting it down, cleaning it, etc? Had mine for two years and mine is still working amazingly.

PC here and its the only way to go.

 

Our graphics and most importantly, the chat screen, is what makes this game ao fun. We can instantaneously communicate as we please.

 

I can be playing or doing missions and talk politics, sports or anything I please.

 

I have the game opened in the background and can switch from this site to the game and back as I am typing this.

 

I upload acreensjots of my characters or videos in real time. So when you see pics then it means you saw what happen 5 minutes ago.

 

We have graphic mods that makes it this an entirely different game.

 

Hot keys to record videos and take screenshots that can be uploaded to various sites.

 

When updates are out... I am one of the first to post screenshots and share with people.

 

PC is just very efficient and effective.

 

We also deal with two types of players. Keyboard and mouse players who are dead accurate at sniping so situational awareness is a factor on PC. Straight killers.

If you boot your ps4 into safe mode you can rebuild (defrag) the database and it usually makes them run much better, also if the system is crashing a lot you can re install the operation systems current patch from safe mode also.

I play on my laptop. I chose it because I needed a laptop for college, and also wanted a gaming platform because I never had a gaming console besides my NDS and my old pc has been cr*ping itself for a long time. I could either buy a weaker computer that I knew wouldn't have enough power for my requirements and a console that was on the market for 2 years, or spend a bit more and get a computer that could do both things.

 

I'm currently considering to buy a console in 1-2 years for several reasons I dislike on PC (related with the less variety of physical copies of games I prefer over digital, and the fact I can't either sell used games I don't play anymore neither buy used titles), but I'd always keep a computer for online games, since I wouldn't spend money on the necessary subscriptions on consoles' side, because o don't feel the need neither think it's worth the advantages it has.

Lol...my room has such a layout i can simply look at my tv screen and pc at the same time...and in this case...updates are nearly always dropping later on pc then those on consoles.

 

Further at shorter ranges nothing beats the autoaim i got on pc with my controller

Not really. Modders/hacks have been reduced by at least 90% since this time last year. Some are creeping back but the chats have been enjoyable. I love when people argue and complain over rocket spamming or the kuruma. There are two main chats. Press T to chat with all and press Y to chat with organization.

 

My only gripe is that i wish they gave us hot keys. Remove wanted level press Q or shift f1, f2 etc etc for mechanic and specific car. Off the radar? Press K. I want to skip the scrolling through phone.

 

I wish GTA would go back to its roots and build the game off PC.

 

I played GTA with that aerial view on PC so that is a reason why i have to play this game on PC. It feels right.

If you tried to defrag the hard drive and it didn't worked, try to put your hand over the console next time the problem occurs, I suspect you'll find it quite hot. If so, you might need to take it to a repair shop to get it cleaned, it's possible it's clogged with dust.

f*ck that noise. A can of compressed air and a vacuum would be cheaper and avoid risking them f*cking it up. That's what I do. And a qtip to clean the ejection motor from time to time.

Because I do. Honestly, mine is petty. I'm spoiled, so I have all systems. But I prefer it on PS4 because the middle thing on the controller makes things so much easier like changing radio stations or using in-game internet. I love it.

 

In the end, the little things matter. Plus more car people seem to be on PS4.

Sounds like a nightmare with consolers.

 

PC gamers for the most part are much more mature than console players. The age group range is very wide compared to people who have tricked out computers.

 

There are dickheads on PC but we are playing games on a machine that is worth two new consoles.

 

...because of chat screen i get to socialize with players and you would be surprise hiw many people are playing this game on laptop. They have it on their laptop and its no big deal. Its like solitaire on their computer.

 

I can only imagine how hot that sh*t gets.

And mainly because who say console say TV and TVs in my home are always occupied ^^. And if i have luck sometimes i connect my PC to TV via hdmi to play all the evening.

Usually, more full it is, the more sluggish it becomes because it has to read through so many files and over time files will just get randomized and all that jazz.. Least that's the PC nerd in me talking. Defragging will sometimes help as that will "sort" all the files to where they're supposed to be. Edited October 21, 2016 by Kushology
