What kind of mission are you trying to replay? The replay option for contact missions was disabled ages ago.

There may be coveted and crystal clearout playlists still available on rockstar social club

Rockstar disabled the replay button. You may have some luck finding a Playlist that has the job you want to replay. I don't know how to make a Playlist but you may be able to figure it out. I'm sure someone here has some good Playlists they could share or I'm sure they at least have some better information about creating playlists or if you even still can.

Good luck OP. I too don't like the loading between jobs.

They got rid of the replay ability a long time ago, because no fun allowed.

Welcome to the forum OP.

It takes on average 60 seconds from when you drop off the package/person/hit the marker for the cutscene to roll, vote for the next mission, and to be able to move your character on the next missions. If it takes any longer than that it's either because you are taking to long, or your internet sucks.

Here are some of the old user created mission playlists:

Coveted x16 PL: https://socialclub.rockstargames.com/games/gtav/ps4/playlists/playlist/_uZIz6Q2nkmQKRiAJNNGlQ

Coveted x8 PL: https://socialclub.rockstargames.com/games/gtav/ps4/playlists/playlist/rqqbQH6zpEqgoKOeSRCfrQ

Crystal Clear Out III x16 PL: https://socialclub.rockstargames.com/games/gtav/ps4/playlists/playlist/k2oK1B-hdEKD7sw1_21JIA

Crystal Clear Out III x8 PL:https://socialclub.rockstargames.com/games/gtav/ps4/playlists/playlist/q6ix98Veu0aWXDWx-CP7Bg

Potshot x16 PL: https://socialclub.rockstargames.com/games/gtav/ps4/playlists/playlist/ELfViJXf8UWxKTkMhWd4Pg

Potshot x8 PL: https://socialclub.rockstargames.com/games/gtav/ps4/playlists/playlist/AJNYVcRlMkSwj8Us_ejB2g

I don't know if these still work, but you will need to sign into Social Club, click the links individually, and bookmark them. After which, you can try and launch them from your list of bookmarked playlists when in game.

Keep in mind, each contain either 16 (x16) or eight (x8) rounds of the same mission listed in the titles. This is the only way; aside from exiting quickly to free roam and launching the mission of your choice from the pause menu.

Good luck!

It got removed ~1-2 months after Online launch. This is nothing new. And besides, why would you want to do the same missions over and over again?

Money paid is based on a curve.

It takes 20 minutes to get 100% payout. But it only takes 4 minutes to reach 50% payout.

Example. 100% Mission payout is 20,000. If you take the full 20 min each time, you can complete it 3 times in an hour* and make 60,000.

50% mission payout is 10,000. If you complete each run of the mission in the 4 minutes needed to reach 50% payout you can complete it 15 times in a hour* and make 150,000.

*assuming no load times or lobby times. This is only a basic example.

Basically if you finish faster, you can play more missions and, in theory, make more money.

Correct, answer stays the same tho. Easy money, no player interference, no waiting for players (depending on) just decent reliable money making. There are absolutely better ways to make money depending on your situation but the reason players want to replay is simply that, easy reliable decent money. That's it that's all. That's what I think anyways. Edited by Skycam

I get that, but now all missions pay the same, so why not just do a different mission every time. Simeon, Gerald, and Lamar missions are super easy.

I don't think the missions pay the same.. I could be wrong but I think they max out differently.

Even if that was the case and you are correct (which you probably are) players don't care.. they just to replay there favorite or highest paying missions over and over..

I personally wouldn't want to replay missions anymore but that's why I did. Quick reliable decent money.

Every mission pays an average of ~$9,500 if completed between 00:04:01 and 00:05:59 and done solo/hard.

When you're solo grinding, the voting screens can be pretty quick, it seems to me. Perhaps they are almost as short duration as the playlist.

When I started a new character on PC, I found that the voting screen for next mission pretty much only contained missions I had already done. So I was careful to only do the 5 or 6 quick, efficient missions that I like to grind. Then, usually at least one or two of those missions show up on the voting screen. I select one and quickly hit the choices for difficulty and buy all ammo, and then the next missions starts about at quick as it possibly can.

That seems to be the minimum legitimate time between missions.

I timed it one day. It takes ~60 seconds from the time you hit the end of mission marker until your able to move in the next mission if you don't waste time. The time I provided is an average from 12 missions.

That comes out to roughly ~$9,500 every 5 minutes or ~114K an hour if you're running missions solo on hard.

Just a reminder that the replay option does appear only when you run out of all lives in a contact mission.

They removed it 3 days after online came out because people were grinding Violent Duct. There fault for making a mmo style game and expecting people to not to grind. You could also get 11k for winning down the drain with 4 players on 1 lap. 11k ever 2 minutes. lol

Doing the original coveted 12 times an hour would give you $216,000 an hour. Now you get half the pay for the first 4 minutes and have to wait 11 more minutes to get the "full payout". There excuse for the mission payout nerf was that some missions did not give enough $ for longer missions. Even though they gave each mission basically the same payout they than made them all time based.

Lucky they didn't touch pacific standard heist. Imagine if they nerf it because people are grinding it too much. Getting $200,000 an hour for heists would be an equal nerf to missions :( Don't think they will since its like the only decent way to make money. If they do nerf it however expect Rockstar support to be flooded with angry people and most likely crash. lol
