Heavy Sniper Bugged?

Yes it's bugged badly, was sniping a dude on the mountain side while down on the road near the heist setup with the three helis, hit him 6 times and got the red hit markers but he didn't die and his health didn't go down.

 

Experienced the same thing the other day at LSIA while sniping from my yacht during piracy prevention. It's ridiculous and needs to be fixed fast.

Someone Photoshop the money count increasing by $100,000 with every failed sniper 'hit' on one of these videos.

 

Then Rockstar will fix it.

I've been sniping with it all night, and it's really hit and miss now, several shots to take down people lower level than me. I figured it was just being people sh*t, but it does seem like they f*cked it with this update.

Are you that naive? These kind of bugs aren't a priority for Cockstar.

We probably have to wait until the next DLC for a fix. Just like with the RE7B speed glitch, it only got fixed with the biker update.

 

I'm on PC, so obviously when I noticed players not dying from my sniper shots, I started accusing them of god mode:

 

Cockstar completely ruined sniping in the game.

All of the gunplay in this game is complete garbage. Guns have the range of a f*cking pea flung by a spoon. That american sniper guy allegedly shot a taliban from a mile away using a sniper rifle. AND BEFORE THE "hurr durr its a game not suppose to be relaistic" crew jumps on, the only time realism is worth sacrificing is for fun, and it is not fun at all t have such sh*tty gunplay. That is unless you like not being able to snipe an AI from a clearly achiveable distance, only to be one shotted by their pistol shot from blind fire behind cover. That is why I say V's gunplay is trash. I dare any fan-addict to give me one good reason why they didn't use max payne 3's excellent gunplay system.

Yes it was bugged for me too I kept shooting a guy I could see and no dmg while he could hit me same distance lol

My wife had a bounty when she joined me in a closed session. I say hey let me take that bounty off you. We are across the street from each other.

 

I'm a level 790.

She's a level 441.

She ate a heat shot. And needed two more body shots to go down.

 

I said go back to where you were and shoot me in the head with the marksman and sure enough it took only 2 shots. The heavy has been nerfed down a level. I'm going to have to switch to marksman and I despise that rifle.

Took me 6 headshots to kill someone earlier(With HR ). And I honestly bought the L96/AI_AW/Standard Rifle again until this is fixed. I haven't used it on someone yet but hoping it's not affected too.

Edit the video and add +250000 for every time you hit the other player, that's the only way to get Rockstar's greedy-ass to fix this bug.
