Realize that in GTA Online "rare" has multiple meanings. +1 For me it is rare if you cant have the car and cant create it, like the modded green diamond near the golf club. How is a normal street spawn MODDED?!?! It's just a stock car with unobtainable paint and window tint. There are a shîtload of cars with unobtainable colors in traffic. The customized cars at lsc are modified, since they got actual parts on them. The worn sea wash Super Diamond actually has different rims to stock Does it really? The term "would of" does not exist, ffs. No. There were people who don't own a ps3/360, or any console in general. Just because i COULDN'T play the game back then, i should be punished? No. Just no. I've been playing this game since March and have never seen someone driving a Roosevelt. Now if it were rare like the sovereign or Franken stange you might see it more due to less people owning it. Worn is an unobtainable color type that's missing from lsc. Worn dark red is a very dark red, which looks absolutely awesome. Few more examples I've got plenty of dukes in this color and a lot of other cars in worn colors. Best color type in the game. Seems that most folks are more interested in arguing about how there aren't any rare cars anymore, or showing off their modded rides. I know that everyone has a different understanding of the word 'rare', but in my opinion, rare is something that took a decent amount of work to obtain. It's usually not something that you just stumbled upon, bought (sorry Lurcher and Frankenstange), or modded. The Mariachi, Hearse, Dubsta 2, body-less Dune Buddy still classify IMO, but the rarest natural spawns to me are the worn black Speedo and worn black Fugitive. Honorable mentions to the Seawash Tornado, Rusty Green Emperor, Seawash Duneloader, and the rest of the final color spawns for the other rusty vehicles. I agree with this 100% as the owner of one of the best collections of cars by this definition I can say that is my most cherished account. Yep I have modded accounts with prettier cars and yes I could make an account copying the rare street cars. But untill you have put the hours in to find those cars.. Stayed awake for 40 hours sitting in a worn silver stallion waiting for a store any car glitch partner. Waited for planet alignment to get a worn red dukes from sp or the worn zentorno.. Jamming that sea wash super diamond with passive players to teleport that bad girl into the garage. So sooo many hours. Even for the current non high end cars it's a great challenge. The only buyable car that comes in worn is the windsor, neither my lurcher nor my fränken stange are bought. It took me a decent amount of work to obtain them too, had to find the right color id in the trainer and i've had to drive it into my garage. That's quite a lot of work! whatever. looking for special cars on the streets is fun too. The worn sea wash green super diamond near the golf course might be one of the rarest, simply because I don't know of a way to get clear window tint on any console, even with mods.* *On PC anything is possible, and even on console there are some rarer SP2MP cars if you go by sheer small numbers. Additionally, the NPC-modified dominator does have clear window tint, and is storable, which is nice! On another note, I think having cars in your MC garage could be a rare car-related feature in the future, but we'll have to see if Rockstar banishes cars from the motorcycle garage.
