Solo Grinding: 1 Crate CEO vs 1 Bar Coke

I want to be able to grind as efficiently as possible playing solo.

I only want to do CEO grinding 1 crate pickups OR Biker grinding 1 bar of cocaine sales.

Which will bring me PROFIT quicker?

Which one will make me more money in the long run?

I would buy the least expensive CEO office and large warehouse.

I would buy the cheapest biker property and coke factory.

Coke is more profitable for singular sales because the value is linear and you don't get extra money by selling it in bulk, CEO is only profitable if you sell a full warehouse because the bulk sale actually increases its value.

1 350 000 million for ceo office and warhouse. aiming for 8 crates and one sell (because 8 will give you only one delivery vehicle) fill it up 1 by 1, 8 runs in 1 hour + the sell should be posssible, it will give you around 100k, depends on how many other players there are and if you use ghostmode.

cheapest biker hide out and a business will cost like 1,1 million. no more cost coming at you; selling it alone needs you to cut it earlier (2 bars? 3 bars? no idea)

1 bar of coke will give you more money but it takes more time.

do both! make CEO runs while you have a biker business running. buy the supply's if you feel lazy

if you aim to be as efficient as possible, you gotta do both. you get the coke factory at alamo sea and a counterfeit cash factory at grand senora desert and get supplies for them then switch to ceo and get crates. full supplies are worth half the product so you should be able to sell half the product solo in time.

only profitable...

ONLY? logic flaw!

If I'm in a session on my own I've taken to buying two crates at a time. Two aren't that expensive to buy and aren't too much bother to collect if you're flying around in a Buzzard. I think three may be pushing it. And only sell when you get to nine crates for maximum moolah.

Step 1: Learn to land hydra from a full speed nose dive into last second hover. Remember a Hydra is only fast above 1000 feet.

Step 2: Set MTU to 600 something

Step 3: Have a Heist setup near your office for the times you need to get there via magic.

Step 4: Only do triple crate runs in two large warehouse, sell once both are full.

Don't do anything else and you'll average over 300k per hour, every hour.

This is what I do. I have one the apartments just by my maze CEO office. Cuts time out loads.

I support what Elfoam said. Office + 2 big warehouses is the way to go and 3 crate pickups every time, that is if you play in a public lobby by yourself. Change MTU (to 800) or do the change month trick to get a lobby for yourself. Also, only sell when they are completely full for max profit. Did over a 1500 3 crate pickups and never got robbed, not even once.

If i play a whole day, i can fill up 2 big warehouses by myself, sell them off by myself as well. I get 2x 2.220.000$ for that + 2 special crates on average when filling up 2 big warehouses that's also 2 x 100.000$. That gives me a total of 4.640.000$ minus the crate cost of 1.332.000$ (74x18.000). That's about 3.308.000$ for one day of playing (8-10hours playtime).

Ideally you would want to combine this with biker businesses to max your profit from what i've heard. No experience myself with the biker business thing.

Don't do 1 or 2 crate pickups if you want the most money. If you would do a 1000 pickups (gold trophy) then this is what you earn when everything would go perfect (no losses). All crates sell for 20.000$ (full big warehouse).

1 crate pickups: Purchase 1.000 x 2.000$= 2.000.000$ / Sale 1.000 x 20.000$= 20.000.000$ / Earned= 18.000.000$

2 crate pickups: Purchase 1.000 x 8.000$= 8.000.000$ / Sale 2.000 x 20.000$= 40.000.000$ / Earned= 32.000.000$

3 crate pickups: Purchase 1.000 x 18.000$= 18.000.000$ / Sale 3.000 x 20.000$= 60.000.000$ / Earned= 42.000.000$

It takes more effort to do a 1000x 3 crate pickups then to do a 1000x 1 crate pickups, not twice as much though but it gives you more then double $$$.

I thought that you get a better rate crate for crate when you only buy one at a time?

You do, but you will spend more than triple the time.

From my experience the coke business is better overall. More money in the long run and as for quicker profit, might be crates but to be honest it feels around the same. I'll have to actually document my experience to know for sure. I'll update this post with my findings.

This is why I do 2 crates. The third crate costs 10k alone and shoots your margins to hell.

How much do players make off of blowing up your delivery?

I think it's 20k, but I could be wrong. Yesterday a guy wasted 3 rockets trying to blow up my bike with coke in it and it survived.

Well thanks for some kind of answer on this. I need to know so when I start selling I know whether people want to bother blowing up my stock.

If indeed it's 20,k then well, I'm only selling when the session's empty.

The highest crate profit, when solo, is either 2 or 3 at a time, depending on the luck of which collection missions you get. I've been able to solo nearly 300k an hour, 3 crates at a time.

You do, but you will spend more than triple the time.

But if I'm playing solo, I can only collect one crate at a time for some pickup missions depending on the vehicle.

So are you saying that I will get a van or similar one trip pickup often enough for it to be worth going for 2 or 3 crate pickups?

I did some tracking on that question. With approximately 80-100 trips for each, the 2 at a time crate pickups were approx 70-75% contained in a single vehicle. When the pick up was 3 crates, they were in a single vehicle about 55-60%. However, there is no set patterns on that, as far as I could tell. Moreover, the distance on how far you must travel to each single crate can often be the most important factor. Having 3 single pick ups under a half mile away is usually easier/faster than 1 vehicle that's 6 miles away and slow as hell.

Simply yes.. You often get 3 in one trip but even if they are seperate you can go anywhere in 1 minute in a Hydra so it's still infinitely faster than going back to the office and ordering a new crate and doing another mission, that should be obvious. Time is everything in CEO crates, you don't want to waste even a second.

and how often are the packages split up into 2 or 3 runs? thats what i hated about the 3 crate options when you are doing it solo. it feels so slow.

With selling a full warehouse how often is it likely to get attacked when over 80% full? I have been selling at 80% up until this week but decided to go for full ones. When my large WH got to 82% it got attacked, I successfully 'defended' it but still lost 21 crates!

If a WH attack is quite a common occurence and you lose around 20 crates each time then it would be cost effective still to sell at 80% in the long term?

I did as soon as I seen your post. Thanks for taking the time to do that. According to your data, with single crates you can make $1,998,000 in 22 hours and with coke you can make $1,848,000 in the same amount of time. Thats 150k difference but when you think about it you can make that up and more while another coke bar is being made such as crates. :pp When grinding crates back to back tho you cant really do anything else or you extend that 22 hours as the cooldown is only 3 minutes. I guess you can rob a store, sell a baller or any other quick money grabber in that 3 minutes but with coke I have about an hour to do stuff. This means theres more money in the long run selling coke bars than single crates which answers OPs 2nd question (which is more $ in the long run).

Another reason I think the coke business is better overall is with crates you have to wait until you fill the warehouse to see the max profit. You dont have to wait with coke which answers OPs 1st question (which is quicker profit). Another thing is with crates I have to pay upfront and if I lose the crate I lose money. Same if I fill an entire warehouse and then get my stuff destroyed in the sale. I lose millions and wasted 22 hours of my time whereas with coke I dont lose anything bcuz I stole the supplies and the only time wasted was during that sell mission. :p

Final opinion = Coke bar grinding > Single crate grinding
