I closed down my meth lab. Now that I have restocked it the workers will not show up even though its set to active. Any Ideas.

By now you've probably seen it already, but I think they're supposed to come back after a little while. Not instantly.

Tryings shutting down business and restart it again. Had the same thing happen, back working again...
