Does shutting down business lose upgrades?

The status of my only warehouse is currently set as 'suspended' as I have no stock or supplies. If I 'Shut down business' (it's called something like that) will I lose the upgrades such as extra staff and security?

 

(I want to try shutting it down as I am sick of calls from LTC (?) about getting more supplies)

No it doesn't you shutdown business and you lose money that you already made in that business but you regain supplies.

You will not lose upgrades only profit that your currently have like 28k $ etc,merch that you need to sale but you regain all supplies that went into making that merch.

I closed down my meth lab. Now that I have restocked it the workers will not show up even though its set to active. The game is robbing me.

If it's not upgraded it takes some time to get workers back to work but if it's upgraded it's a lot quicker actually.

Do any of you guys experiment with parking your PVs and Pegasus vehicles in the spawn locations for the vans and trucks before selling? Thus eliminating them as possibilities and hopefully getting Duffel bags instead. It doesn't always work for me but it seems to help sometimes, or am I imagining it?
