Halloween dlc is not fully in game

So if you take a look at the game files you can't find mphalloween2 folder (if you dont know christmas dlc 2015 called mpchristmas2 and valentines 2015 called mpvalentines2 same supposed to be with halloween)

maybe that means the halloween dlc is not fully in game, i mean rockstar knows that we can find all the "hidden" and unreleased content that came with the biker dlc so maybe they want to surprise us with more content ?

maybe they will add new masks clothing and more.

what do you think ?

 

EDIT :

I realized that this is the last halloween dlc that we're gonna be getting and when you think about it, it actually make sense if they'll release only two vehicles and a adversary mode

i mean why would they put so much effort for a dlc that gonna be in game for a week or two and never come back again

actually i wouldn't be surprised if we're not gonna be getting more than vehicles and a adversary mode in the christmas dlc

They already found a couple vehicles that are probably part of it (light bike, skeleton bike, alien bike, mystery machine, etc.) and they already found the sky effects. I'm sure there will be more added, but so far it's partially there. And they could simply unlock items that are already in the game from previous Halloweens.

They'll be here soon mate, rockstar are fixing them from when we were supposed to get them last time for completing the valentines playlist in February
