I shut it down for a bit because I didn't have time to resupply and didn't want to pay my staff for not doing anything...

starting bringing in supplies again, when I cam in after my third drop off, there was no one there... if I go to buy the upgrade, it says I already have it... wtf??

tried joining a new lobbie, but nothing.. as far as I know there was no raid or anything either.

anybody have a clue whats going on?

Try resetting the entire game or better yet, shut down whatever platform you're playing on and boot up again.

Go to your upgrades you might need to restaff after shutting down???? I don't know I haven't shutdown yet.

Yeah, if you have shut it down and then get more supplies without restarting it, it gets confused and thinks it's open when it isn't. As you discovered, shutting down and immediately reopening the business sorts it out.
