PS4 - R2 issue. Can't burnout or shoot.

Anyone know how to fix this? I have absolutely no issues with any other game at all, my cars seem to still reach high speeds without issues in GTAO but shooting requires pressing the trigger fairly hard with burnouts not being possible at all.

Ps4 has the option to change buttons in the accessibility menu. I made my R2 become R1 untill I got a new controller

I don't see an accessibility menu. I've looked in Controls and there doesn't seem to be any option to reconfigure the button prompts or swap control schemes.

Already looked under Settings. There is no option to switch control types at all.
