Why do I have to register as a mc president every time I get online? I played for about 6 hours as a president and have a vp and Sargent but we have to redo it all every time we get on? How do I save it for all of us?

You can't save it. It follows the same kind of layout as VIP and CEO. Almost everytime you log off and back on, you'll no longer be a President, VIP or CEO. It takes less than 20 seconds to rejoin, invite players and set them to their desired MC rank.
