GTA Vice City Undercover

Hi guys. At least 6 or maybe even 7 years ago i tried to make a gta vc mod. I Spent some time for it but now i have not time and desire to make it myself. I would like this mod to be finished so if anyone wants to make something with it, i'll upload it to github. Just write here in comments.
