Well hopefully this means a potential GTA IV Remaster will launch for it's 10th anniversary. Otherwise they are a joke for taking almost 10 years to make a game. This generation is almost done and they haven't released a new game for it.

I'm sure they're gonna do a PC version. But not in that 8 months. Usually they start developing the game for the every platform at the beginning. They just release the PC later, to be able to milk the console profit.
