North and San Diego are their treasure and then there is the greatness in 8 other game studios.Rockstar and it studios work as a team not as a "one-man" look at Ubisoft or Activision. Red Dead Redemption 2 will be a massive success (heck Red Dead Online alone) and The Benz will probably form a studio that makes mobile games that get bought out by EA and get shut-down.

Nope, it just makes a whole lot more sense. And to be fair, we should have this kind of discussion after the game has launched then at least we will all be able to evaluate how bad/good this story line really is.

If it wasn't by The Benz, RDR would've been a failure. The game was broken and the Housers begged for his help.

If it wasn't by The Benz, RDR would've been a failure.

RAGE Engine was created in 2006 by Rockstar San Diego so The Benz was just telling fables.without that or Table Tenis created by by the aforementioned studio GTA IV, V would not have been possible.

Dave Jones probably did the same as The Benz when he left what will become Rockstar North. And he was the creator of the first two games in the GTA franchise.Well RAGE exist now,plus Rockstar Games owns the trade dress of not only the GTA franchise but that of Red Dead Redemption, this sequel and future installments:hence why he was going to file a lawsuit.what a loser

A team needs a leader. Before Benz was the leader, RDR was a mess. Why do you think we call him "The Benz"? Sam was the one who called him that because of "The Darkness". He needed The Benz.

The lack of PC I think comes down to increased revenue decisions and there classic, releasing a game every year. Having no PC till 2018 (2019 if delayed lmao) gives them longer time to announce GTA 6 (i'm only speculating as an example) and increased sales as repeat consumers have to buy PC again.

Activision v Zampella was partly to do with that (i guess) and The Benz wanted that so he could go and make a GTA or Red Dead Redemption killers, he will end up making a clone like Crackdown or Saints Row or Watch Dogs

All I want is a good SP with ONE character. I think the only reason GTA V was lacking in the story was because they didn't really now how to make the story fit 3 different protagonists which made it one of the shorter stories.

 

Same, I wasn't a fan of the multiple protagonists system in V. It didn't add much to the game and the story suffered.

 

Really hope they don't force that sh*t on this series

This game has been in development since I guess RDR. So there is a truth in your post. Although it has to been seen that his influences is reflected in the game.

 

TBH: I think they wiped all of his deeds so far in the game.
