But seriously, in general, I'm hyped as hell. Let's hope there are at least as many replayable random events as RDR had.

I'd love Red Dead Online. I loved playing Redemption's online, probably one of my favourite multiplayer experiences. I'd rather they put more of their effort into the story though as that's what I've always bought R* games for.

Who knows? that poster they released showing the 7 silhouetted cowboys could be for online, they could just be 7 players who've formed a posse.

I loved Redemption's MP, too, and if the next RD's MP is anything like it and not built around microtransactions and a virtual economy, then I'm all for it. As for these men in the art depicting an Online posse, I thought of this, too, but I highly doubt that R* would kick off a marketing campaign by promoting multiplayer over their story-first formula.

They're usually careful with their domains and trademarks. I'll be waiting here until the actual announcement. They're not gonna butcher their legacy for a simple online only game. And of course the new game will have an Online component.
