I know news is right around the corner, but can they really only focus on one game at a time??? It would take nothing to just give us an article today with some screenshots and then go back to GTAO the next day. I like that Rockstar put all their focus into one game, but not when that game is four years old and you've already announced a new one! Okay, I'm done b*tching.

Based on what R* has said, the poster and I guess my gut, I think the SP story and characters are going to be more intense and darker than RDR1.

 

I agree. R* will deliver on the single player experience front, from world building to storytelling. Highly excited for this in the first place, and looking forward to what they're building for a shared online world.

Even if it's not my favorite Rockstar game I really liked Cole Phelps in L.A. Noire. He was full of kindness and it was nice to be the good guy for once. Too bad he ended up just like Marston.

well i for 1, thought the cast of GTAV was good. I personally liked the cast of Gtav alot more than RDR.

 

The cast did a grat job,no doubt.(FUN FACT:a video called the cast of gta 5 in flesh got more views than RDR2 trailer).

But I didn't like their character as I thought they really tried to make the game appeal to kids who are impressed by swear words and mental ilness.

 

I really wanted to like Franklin,but I couldn't stand the whole ''getto'' side to it.Even then,that topic was used in many movies and other games,so i was fed up with it.

 

Trevor was fun at first.Until they started overdoing his F-bombs and fights with Michael.But I honetly loved the torture scene which involved Trevor.Never understood how people felt uncomfortable during that.

 

And there's Michael.The most buring dude in the game.Nothing even to talk about him.I honestly just didn't like his character,not at all.

Cole Phelps? Most people who's played L.A Noire probably forgot who Cole Phelps is, I had to Google who Cole Phelps was LOL. Yes I played and finished L.A. Noire. Also, L.A. Noire was not developed by a Rockstar studio.

 

L.A Noire was developed by Team Bondi , R* assisted the development of the game. Johnny Klebitz was an instant favorite for many.

Johnny K. had some admirable character traits but beyond that he wasn't a particularly great character. Niko and John are undoubtedly Rockstar's two most popular characters, but also their two most problematic. I've always had a soft spot for Luis, but he's admittedly a pretty shallow character.

So Every GTA wasnt like that? Marston was boring imo. His lines were f*ckin horrible. I didn't even think the story was all that, i was into the [world] and the lure of the cowboy. Marston just wasn't a memorable character to me. The story imo for GTAV was the first serious/realistic story in a open world ever. I think u taking it a bit too serious. So..cursing takes from the quality of the story? Cmon man. I can understand if you dont curse irl, but its a video game man,sheesh..

GTA V's story wasn't serious/nor realistic.And even if you claim it was,how can you say that I take it too seriously?That made me giggle a bit lol.

If we wanna talk serious stories,in GTA Series,talk about GTA 4,that was some serious s*it.I found GTA V to be a washed out plot for a B+ movie in my opinion.

 

And with the cursing.I like that.I really do.It just was overused.Lost it's impact or whatever.

But then again,opinions,and I respect yours,and the moder's if he deletes our posts.
