Jesus it looks like everyone is hating R* here . I hope RDR2O or RDR Online is as successful as GTA Online however they also give some love the the main component of the game with expansion packs (Dlcs).

No, not like that... What seems to be happening (my guess) is that they want to rush the update and be done with it before we get into September... Which might be the true start of RDR2 marketing.

I already mention this once a few long pages ago. The RDR series doesn't need that type of Online sh*t like they did with V. It's a totally different game from gta and RDR2 doesn't need that awful turn. If R* actually do come up with a name like "Saloon Cards" or something similar were f*cked.

 

I don't mind having online in RDR2, i'm actually looking foward to it aswell but don't turn RDR2's online into a separate game and f*ck SP in the ass and abandon it and focus on online only (gta 5).

The developers of the game aren't even the same as in GTAV's... Totally different studio (Sand Diego), but of course with the help of other studios with some of the stuff related to the game visuals(india)/north(online)...etc

Why would they rush something?Why people really think RDR2 has something to do with GTA O?It's actually the opposite,they can actually promote RDR2 through GTA O.

News are not coming becaue something is not going really well in the development of the game,I think we need to stop thinking R* do that on purpose.

There is absolutely no way....especially now, gta online will effect red dead 2 news. I never believed that anyway if you read back on my posts. News will come this summer. that's a fact

Money has never been the issue for me personally, its the content i dislike. I understand pubs/devs gotta eat too. The updates of a 1000 cars to drive up and down the same streets is whats weak af to me. RDR2 story focus i think will be dope but DLC wise? idk if thats the direction they going anymore. But for some reason I am ridiculously hype about RDR2 online tho. GTAV foundation for online is cars and everything else really get no focus. I understand its called "G.T.A" but sh*t..

But no matter how many online DLC's R* comes up with a sh*t load of people are still willing to waste their cash and pay for these dlc's to get new cars, new weapons, clothes etc.... None of them get tired of driving down the same roads in LS as you mentioned. I mean V's map is f*cking small as hell when you really think about it. Just mainly big ass mountains and a dry ass desert. Red Dead's map was huge. The desert parts of the map makes sence because it's based on the old wild west. I know Take-Two are not big (or into) when it comes to licensed games (excluding Sports titles) but they literally kicked-a** with Warriors (R*) and The Darkness games (2K). I think if they had a label that was focused on that alone, they will own the market. @tunkor; I hope so myself

They aren't at a point where they need to delay it again, if it needs to be delayed again at all. I would only expect an imminent delay announcement if we haven't heard anything by November/December.

I think that even with a second delay, we would still read and see more about the game during fall of this year. Say it's to be delayed to early summer, or in an extreme case, fall 2018.
