Everything sounds accurate to a point...

 

Set in 1899 - Sounds right

RDR2: Legends of the West - Close enough, I could see that being the subtitle like "Outlaws to the End"

Set in the same area - Leaked map seems to think it will be too

Ahh that one... Irish and Seth as main characters. My opinion on this has not changed. Complete BS!

I wouldn't hate younger versions of those characters appearing, maybe find out why Seth is as f*cked up as he is - he was probably molested by his uncle - but playing as them would be truly awful.

As far as I recall Seth was normal at one point and was a business owner with a family but his lust for treasure drove him to....well...what we saw in Red Dead Redemption

Imagine if the only cutscene is "Listen to me, when the time comes you gotta run and don't look back. This is over." those are the only spoken lines in the game and our character doesn't speak. lol

If the Saints Row games can pull it off Rockstar can do it. Not saying it's likely, but doable.

Created characters are usually variations of these two options:

 

1. Dragonborn - Claude Speed levels of depth, mute with little-to-no backstory, unrelated to the plot but existing at the centre of it

2. Commander Shepard - always the same character but looks different dependant on what the player wants

 

Neither of these fit Rockstar's MO.

IKR, they even joke about in GTAV lol. I think it would be alot of work for the team to do all of that though. It would be something groundbreaking but idk.

 

 

Fallout 4 did it with 2 voices. Saint's Row did it with 6 different voices.

 

Rockstar can do it if they want to. I'd be very disappointed if we get to play as a silent character.

Given History? It's much more likely to happen than in E3.

Given R*'s unpredictability? You simply don't know. They are the same ones who suddenly stopped posting Asked&Answered pieces and eradicated the comments section on Newswire. All happened overnight.
