Just thinking abut how good the euphoria physics/ bullet wounds will be is making me tingle. Even if it's like MP3 in an open world game we're in for a treat

 

Now wait. What if they dumb down the game like they did with GTA V , huh ? I would hate that honetsly

I don't know how many of you are up on your early American history, but there were literally hundreds of people that existed back then. I for one have my fingers crossed that we see a story set in a different region, that focuses on completely different people, and their unique story. I loved the story of the Marstons. It's over, and I loved it. I don't need a god damn prequel leading up to it. HAS THE PREQUEL TRILOGY TAUGHT US NOTHING? Please, for the love of creativity and good story-telling, pick one of the other HUNDREDS of archtypes, create a fresh protagonist, and tell their story.

 

(I'm okay if they bump into other characters we know, like John, Irish, Nigel West Dickens, Landon Rickets, The Devil, or whatever).

man i'm also hoping we get a remasterd red dead redemption for the celebration of the red dead 3 announcement.

 

they remasterd revolver for the ps4 so why not redemption?

 

release it on pc aswell,even while i'm not a fan of pc gaming,even they don't deserve to miss out!

GTA is their cashcow because of how many edgy 12 year olds play it. They had to dumb it down, if it was like IV kids wouldn't play it.

 

I don't think that will happen with RDR. I hope so anyway.

It was so satisfying pulling off a headshot in Red Dead Redemption. Hell, there was even its own stat in the Main Menu dedicated to how many headshots you could get in multiplayer. (Competitive Game Modes also had this shown on the scoreboard). Here's hoping this next Red Dead continues that trend!

If this is a prequel, then the early "leaked" map which shares some locations with the original RDR map became a SLIGHTLY more plausible.

Euphoria was dumbed down beacuse NPCs in GTA 4 looked like they were drunk if you just slightly touched them. I think GTA V got that perfect balance. It still feels like euphoria, but much more realistic and without silly poses. I'm hoping they remove that stupid dying animations, or tweak them. It made NPCs clip into the ground.

The leaked map was always fairly plausible. Not a dead lock as being real, but if it's fake it seemed like one of the most thoughtful, realistic fakes I've seen.

 

As for the image... ohmygodohmygodOHMYGOD. I think - THINK - that's probably Dutch's gang and this is a prequel. And I actually don't mind that. If the story is good I would be quite happy to be back in JOHN Marston's boots again.

I didn't say IV was perfect, I said Max Payne 3 was.

 

MP3 physics >> V by far. Best in any game actually as far as i'm aware.

Only one problem. The voice actor is no longer active in Hollywood. Or Rockstar Games just offered him all their Online earning...

I'm less concerned with his comparison of the contents within two different game engines, and more concerned about his comparison of a TERRIBLE game with a great game. Witcher3 was awful. I got about 2-3 hours in and couldn't stomach any more. And - TECHNICALLY SPEAKING - W3 may have attained advanced graphical achievements, but the ART STYLE was closer to a Final Fantasy game than the washed out, desaturated grittiness and realism of RDR. Ugh, please stop comparing RDR to W3. :cry: (note: this is just a personal request. You are well within your rights to make your comparison).

 

Witcher 3 is amongst the 3 best games I've ever played, with Dark Souls 1 and 3.

If you're about to flip a coin, and I tell you "you can't be sure it's gonna be tails", you "say of course it's gonna be tails 100%", you flip it, turns out to be tails, does that mean you were right?

If for you the answer is "yes", I really can't do anything for you, you're definetly beyond help.

Man...cant wait for the engine to get an overhaul.

GTAVs physics were on par with saints row..just terrible.

Time for R*SD to usher in a new era of videogame physics

lol GTFO of here man... It was always 100% red dead because R* and their fanbase has working brains. There was no chance for GTA6 or tech demo table tennis 2 or some sh*t. STop carrying this on. take it somewhere else..no one needs your egotistic bullsh*t
