I just tried and its not working

Have tried multiple times

-have the maze bank at max

-pull the phone in the internet app and close it

-pause>swap>2nd character

-spawn and pull the phone to look at the internet app

-nothing happens

That's exactly what I'm doing and it's worked each time.

You have to do the same for both character swaps. You get the cash when you open the internet in your second character.

 

Your first character should own maze bank with all the upgrades.

 

Try drawing out some cash on your first character. Keep the browser open and swap. Withdraw nothing on the second but open the browser then swap.
