So it seems like they nerfed supplies pretty hard.

Buying full supplies (75k) now only gives you 1,5 bar for Coke and 2 for Meth. Still 2,5 for Cash, though.

This has made me considering shutting down my coke factory

 

I've been tracking the consumption of supplies, it's really not that bad. Coke went from 10 for full to 12-12.5 for full. That's only an additional $6K an hour you have to pay for it if you buy all your supplies. So regardless of the change, it's still the best money earner between all of them.

Yep. Meth and Cash are now more profitable.

 

Although I gotta say, I much rather only have 1,5 bar made because that's always going to be just 1 vehicle. 2 and 2,5 bars gives you 2 vehicles and 3 gives you 3.

But then the price needs to be dropped.

 

Show me the math that proves this

 

75k for 1,5 bar from 2,5 bars is just another thing that screws me over in this game. I'm getting screwed over all the time in this game and I'm tired of it.

You're wrong, actually. It's 2 bars of product now per full supplies instead of 2.5 (upgraded). Not 1.5. I would know as I only have coke business, just bought and sold some last night, and follow it religiously.

On a serious note, either you are lying, or something is wrong with your game and you need to send in a support ticket. Multiple people are reporting supply usage within a common range. You're the only one reporting differently.

 

And how come you don't want to respond to my comments? I even asked you a question: "What in the initial post is incorrect/outdated?"

Cali, can you retest weed? I've been using about 9.5 bars of supplies to get 5 bars product since I/E hit. I think they changed the consumption rate, but it could be bugged.

 

I've had 12.5 bars supplies for 5 bars product in both Coke and meth since the biker business bonus week. I think they changed the usage then and it was this way when I tested and posted my results here on 12/17. However, I believe Coke was bugged with the festive surprise event. Which means everyone in this thread is right... Or at least half right...

 

My first load of coke supplies gets me only 1.5 bars of product. However, the second load gives the expected 2 bars for a total of 3.5 bars. I've noticed that after the first delivery, the workers never stop working and play on their phones. A small portion of of the first supply delivery is used instantly. I'm thinking it's bugged and the anti-cheat unlimited supplies bug fix is causing this. The workers still do the working animations because they haven't used up all of the supplies that were acquired in the purchase. However, no additional product is made because you are out of supplies thanks to the tiny portion that disappears upon purchase delivery. Does anyone else have this behavior?

Obviously it's glitchy. And with my usual bad luck, it's even glitchier for me.

Well tbh ive been getting 1.5 bars of stock also when buying 75k of supplies for a fully upgraded alamo sea cocainelab. This is ever since the Import n Export dlc dropped. I shut it down and re opened it to see if it would help, the first batch was normal again with 2 or 2.5 bars of stock but all the runs after were 1.5 again.

 

So for me its 126.000$ minus 75.000$ and 9000$ runningcosts is 42k profit for a 8min average mission(im doing it solo 1 vehicle per time)

 

Im seriously considering shutting it down tbh. Import n Exporting cars makes more then enough anyways.

Like I suggested above, I would strongly consider contacting R* one way or another about this issue.

 

Now, as seen above, I've documented instances of the supply usage being inconsistent, but nothing as drastic as what you and the other person is reporting.

 

Out of curiosity, are you only selling small portions? If you are willing to, could you fill up your business completely and note how many supplies it took?

Anyways here is the answer to the problem: my supplies were at 0 but like i mentioned last week orso the staff doesnt sit down but keeps working. LJT doesnt call either about supplies. So I thought why not let it run and see how long it takes before and if he calls.

 

So 1 hour later with 0 supplies to start I checked in and all the staff are sitting down BUT I suddenly have 0.5 a bar of stock. So it seems the supplybar and LJT(still didnt call about supplies r empty) are broken.

 

So basicly the game thinks its empty and costing 75k but in reality it should be like 1.5 bars of supplies left and only 45k or 60k buying.

I've long thought it was a system where they take a chunk of supplies, taking time to turn it into product instead of "30 minutes passed, here's 0.5 product and I'll take 1 supply". Your observation seems to back up my thought.

It's weird that coke is so glitchy and different from player to player. Some have said that it used 10 bars of supplied for 5 bars of product but mine have always used 12.5.

 

I haven't tested it since the new DLC but it feels like it uses even more now. It's like one of the upgrades doesn't work except i get the full price.

 

But now that stealing supplies is very glitchy i'm gonna shut coke down and only run meth. That way i can actually do some steal missions without wasting my time.

Attempted a Two bar sale run today, it was two postop vans. Shouldn't have been a problem, delivered the first five, got on my Shotaro, from Chumash back to the coke lock up at Alamo. As I approached with over 16 minutes left it cashed me out at half the value quoted and I couldn't get into the second van said it was destroyed . Anyone have an idea what happened? Cheers

Were you in a solo session? I mean someone coulda blew it up or drove it in the water while being off radar.

 

Other then that I saw a Dodo plane blew up once for no reason. But thats it.

Hey guys, is someone else having problems with the coke lab since the update? I often get long black loading screens taking forever when starting a sale, then I have to use any method of switching sessions by joining a friend/ pulling the network cable or other.

 

Those long screens sometimes also result in a gamecrash :panic::angry:

 

Like someone earlier said that loadscreen may be to prevent the infinite supply glitch, but for other businesses it has never been that long so far.

 

Shutting it down for a day also did not help, would it make sense to waste the money and change to another cokelab?

I'm deeply testing this too and today something weird happened on meth, when stealing supplies it would raise around 1.3 pip for bag and 2.5 for truck so it took 2 bags and 1 car to fulfill it.

 

Sadly I don't own coke, just cash and meth, if you want me to test something just let me know.

 

Well, based on post above we can see this is truly messed up.

Attempted a Two bar sale run today, it was two postop vans. Shouldn't have been a problem, delivered the first five, got on my Shotaro, from Chumash back to the coke lock up at Alamo. As I approached with over 16 minutes left it cashed me out at half the value quoted and I couldn't get into the second van said it was destroyed . Anyone have an idea what happened? Cheers

Same for me, tried a full weed farm sale, within a block from the third post op with 15 min left, the mission ends.

Hey guys, is someone else having problems with the coke lab since the update? I often get long black loading screens taking forever when starting a sale, then I have to use any method of switching sessions by joining a friend/ pulling the network cable or other.

 

Those long screens sometimes also result in a gamecrash :panic::angry:

 

Like someone earlier said that loadscreen may be to prevent the infinite supply glitch, but for other businesses it has never been that long so far.

 

Shutting it down for a day also did not help, would it make sense to waste the money and change to another cokelab?

I traded my Alamo Sea coke lockup in for the one at Elysian Island, because my vehicle warehouse and my crate warehouse are also located at Elysian Island. Fully upgraded the relocation costs were 2 mil. but now I have no more problems with buggy supplies refills and so far I'm constantly having 112k product (remote 168k) made out of the bought 75k supplies. But I only had a couple of sells so far...
