And some of us prefer being loners than getting stuck playing with dumb ass noobs and pricks who'll join you but won't do sh*t to help

 

That's cool but obviously you're not gonna be able to play with NPCs. Heists are designed from the ground up to be played with a competent team of friends who can communicate via mic.

I understand getting annoyed that certain stuff isn't available in invite only like the whole crate thing but it's just dumb to complain that you can't play with a team of NPCs when the whole point of the game is to be playing with real people.

 

But that's the problem. Design the game to be "cooperative" or "competitive" is just...dumb. Mainly because this wasn't the main objective of GTAO.

 

Waaay back to 2013, GTA Online was just...a online game. It wasn't a MMO. It was just a extra. Create your character and play missions alone or with your friends, simple as that.

But the game changed a lot. The heists and Lowriders missions are good on theory, but do them without a proper communication with others players is stressful as f*.

 

My idea to recuit NPC's come with the fact that i started playing Saints 2 and 3 this week. And i so addicted to that game. The freedom you have is so big. Of course, Saints Row gameplay is WAY different than GTA, but the idea of customization or gang attacks reminds me of GTA SA.

 

I just saying that, instead of "forcing" this "cooperative" gameplay, R* could implement some "offline on online" stuff.

 

Just to make my point clear: I don't really like online games. I mean, i can play with a party in a normal MMO and do Dugeons and all of that, but what i do like more it's the ability create my own character and play at my own pace (like Raiderz or TERA. You can solo bosses alone). Back to 2013, GTAO was perfect for me. I could play ALL THE MISSIONS BY MYSELF. I could buy all cars, weapons or clothes just with my skill.

 

With Heists or Lowriders is a completely different thing. You are forced to play with other people. Make me wonder, WHY? Why i cant just complete the mission with NPCs? If r* says "we're adding npcs to heists, but you won't gain any money with them" i wouldn't mind at all.

In fact, if all GTAO DLC's were available on Single Player, i probably would never GTAO again.

The rat bike appears to be metric

It's said to be made by Western,which is a GTA equivalent of Harley Davidson.It may be based on some non-Harley bike (like Gargoyle,which is based on an Indian),but it's probably based on something American.

I was thinking more like some chopper with a single cylinder, a boxer, a straight twin or a straight four engine,or maybe a Japanese or European made cruiser (Triumph Thunderbird, Moto Guzzi California, Kawasaki Vulcan...),would R* put something like that in game.

Tbh I probably wouldn't buy a cruiser without a V twin. In my head i think cruiser i think about that v sitting in yhe middle.

 

Just to be clear, not a harley snob, just like v twins. Even if we get something like a yamaha xvs or an old model of the vstar i'd be happy

They mentioned it in the petition DLC video, so right now it's slightly possible.

 

Like with beards, I guess we wait until Tuesday.

 

Rockstar did say 'stay tuned to the news wire for more info' so maybe a little run down on the DLC tomorrow? But if anything, we'll wait until Tuesday.

yep I agree. Bikers need something to balance things out. If not a new heli then new heavy guns for passengers riding in back / or in sidecars (but I don't thing thats coming)

 

If Bikers are similar to CEOs Im 100% we will get "MC vehicles" option that lets you spawn themed bikes, vans and helis

Everything that fun found had the CEO work prefix so I would imagine they could. However I don't know if they tie into the seedy business ventures, bad deal could but obviously joust and initiation wouldn't, so that is up in the air. Edited October 2, 2016 by Anachronistic

I love the V-twin engine on choppers and cruisers too,V-twins have awesome sound,but as long as a bike is good,I don't really care what engine it has.My bike IRL (Aprilia Classic,on my avatar) has a two stroke engine,and its sound seems really weird coming from a cruiser,but it's still an ok bike and I'm happy with it.

I wouldn´t mind having some chopped up Triumph Bonneville or Honda CB750,or some metric cruiser (with or without a V-twin) in GTA,along with all the American choppers and cruisers.
