Well i sold 3 supers and 2 bikes that i don't use cliffhanger and akuma now i am at 23 mil so my body and wallet r ready i just hope cloths don't cost me like 3-8 mil like they did with cunning stunts lol.

 

srsly from all the bikes, you sold the new Cliffhanger? why? its awesome! Gargoyle and Cliffhanger are my favorites right now. It's just rly fun to ride in those. R* did a good job. Here are my advices to trully appreciate the bike part of the dlc:

 

Step 1 install a trainer

Step 2 spawn one of the new bikes in SP

Step 3 mod it the sh*t out of it

Step 4 go free roam with it

Step 5 make a decision

Step 6 repeat step 1

Nah bring on more hype! The only fuel for my recent DLC disappointment is not having the garage space to accommodate all these new vehicles. I culled my collection for the last couple of updates and with a DLC just for bikes, I'd love one more garage to dedicate to a biker collection.

 

I'll definitely be bitching if we don't get more garage space. Didn't Yan mentioned a while back we'd get a 6th garage? I sure hope he's right.

after realising information about biker dlc, the hype went quite high, but everybody was worried that the update will come later than sooner. R* annaunced that it will arrive in a matter of week, so the hype jumped higher even more.

That is the Jockey Shift as far as I can tell, where the 'suicide clutch' in itself is, is not clear in the (full) picture,. as there are only 2 normal foot-pegs visible

 

As it's a new bike at least they can't have used the ps3 version of the model, and been to lazy to remove one of the shifters. (Like they did in at least two Lowriders)

Custom Buccaneer and Custom Slamvan

Where they left the old shifter still stuck in the floor on the Buc, even after adding a custom one on the wheel, and left the auto box stay on the Slamvan. I were at the time bugging them so much about it, I were up in the high tier support, after having a lot of other support fully agree that it actually were a clear 3d model bug. Only to be told "it is as it should be- move along" here have some millions of GTA$ for your problems, now be silent!

 

Got the millions sent to my account, and sold both the cars, as I'm vain, and couldn't drive around in something where I knew there were a bug. (like when a mate commented on a full ashtray in my by then favorite fully tuned, stolen car, went straight to the shop and sold it)

I wish people would stop trying to act as though they know exactly why R* releases updates at certain times.

"oh, they must have released ____ DLC at the same time as the Black Ops 3 DLC because they don't want to lose players!"

No, they released it at that time because they wanted to and there's only a limited number of bloody days in the year to release sh*t and obviously they're gonna cross over with other releases at points.

Especially considering they're both bloody owned by Take-Two so losing even half the playerbase for a week or so or however long it takes them to finish Mafia 3 is still winning in their books because they get a crisp $60 oryourregionalequivalent note from every player buying it.

but some of games which are comparable with GTA can share the player base, thus its natural, to fight for the attention. I think it has some logic. especially when your product has 3 years old, and still can generate money.

I'm still stuck on the fact that you basically told someone to shut up, like they would create bitching. When the whole time all you are doing....is bitching. So ask yourself, did you need any hype what so ever to go in a bitchfest about hype, people thumb upping my post, the community. How about, negative is negative, coming from you or anyone else. Do take your negative elsewhere, find some positive, then come back.

I know not to take anything for granted but I firmly believe that the biker mechanic will offer Benny style customisation or why would he exist in the first place? It certainly seems logical.

Your right that some are always going to cross over, but when it's a game very clearly aimed at a similar market coming out, and suddenly we get information for an update (Which is Rockstar's style, I know, months of no information) its a bit too much of a coincidence.

 

It's also only a week before WWE 2K17 but that didn't seem releavent.

 

But hey, clearly you know everything, right?

I think this update will be expensive none the less.

- Clubhouses are most likely going to be ranging from small to big, with the more things you want in your clubhouse the more your going to pay. If I had to guess the clubhouses are going to cost between $500k to $1.5m (Speculation on prices always tends to be wrong)
- There are going to be a bikes in this update and having your own custom Biker mechanic will also cost a pretty penny. Having your own bikes customized isn't going to be cheap, especially in GTA Online.

Overall I think this update is going to be expensive if you are the kind of player that wants everything. I just hope those missions and ventures pay well.

The entire idea with the 8 people, one President.. and others that 'earn' their ranks make at least me wonder how it will be done, and what consequences it will have.
Will a prospect even be able to mod his bike at all? What if you start in one gang, that turn out to be total b*stards or just plain cheaters (that will get banned in a week). Will you keep your position if you ditch the first gang? As some crews are up in enormous numbers of members, picking the 8 to play with might be as hard as it is easy to pick 8 to play with.. as you might prefer some, and like to avoid some.

The biggest question might, for now, (as we don't know how it will work), actually be: Will everyone buy their own clubhouse just for the mechanic? If so.. where will the prospects come from, with thousands of presidents?

I really really hope it'll not turn out to be 'Lamar-style' missions, where you have to work with randoms, as friends aren't fast enough on the button when starting one up.

Iirc, he said one of the codes could point to a new garage. This is what im talking about, nothing is confirmed until r* comnfirms it, everything else is speculation. You might be setting yourself up for dissapointment, but i hope you get a 6,7, and 8th property...or just one mega garage

I have all these same questions, which is why my personal hype level is 0. I envision more CEO / VIP style gameplay than an actual "club" of people. I'm a solo player anyhow so forced "co-op" just means frustration (Lamar missions).

 

I may be a bit pessimistic but for a car lover like me who loves looking down on the city from my fancy office, I have a feeling this update will simply cost me money for a clubhouse I don't use and another over priced mechanic I use to mod one bike.

 

Here's to hoping Rockstar has learned that people literally hate the Lamar missions and do nothing of the sort for this update
