Bikers update out now!

It just looks fast lol. I agree with all you said, but it all seems more appropriate for a racing update, imo.

 

The Cunning Stunts update seemed to have the whole racing theme going on except no sports bikes so...

 

Since this update states Bikers, I can see it going both ways of cruiser and sports, but... that too is just my opinion.

Im thinking more "street racing" for like tuners and sport bikes, not hot wheels stunt tracks. Think Tokyo Drift, biker boyz, and torque.

It's only R*'s loss if they don't bring it out next week. With FH3 and Mafia 3 both coming out in the next few days/weeks, a lot of potential shark card buyers will just stop playing completely.

FH3 is only for xbone players I believe so don't know why you bring that up? Mafia 3 is a single player game so people might play it a couple of days and then come back to Gta Online.

GTA Online will be a popular game and be played, until another game that offers the same come out, or the servers are shut down.

 

Sorry for going off topic, but if people just could stop posting this bullsh*t about people stop playing whenever a new game is to be released. And I know I probably shouldn't have made this post..

I'm telling you guys its gonna be just like with Bennys. It was lowraiders at first but later they added banshee and sultan and stuff like that.

Same here I think they will start with choppers mostly (+maybe 1 sport bike) and later they will add other ones I hope. Would gladly see a new bike every couple weeks

Yeah I had also thought the same, maybe r* will do a Bikers DLC part 1 and part 2. Idk... it's wishful thinking really.

Was May 9th; for Cunning Stunts.... which they then released another "teaser" with the Video Trailer for it, on July 7th.

 

Then the Cunning Stunts update was released July 12th. Almost a full two months after the "Coming Soon" announcement.

 

Hence why I still think they might be shooting for a Halloween Release for this Biker's update, and will probably give us a Halloween Themed Lost Slam Van with it.

Rockstar is definitely delaying it on purpose, they want to release the update in the middle of October because they want to hide Halloween vehicles in the update just like they did with Lowriders last year.

 

It's to be expected really, this is better than the dripfeed content they did with the last three updates, remember those dreadful months of boredom we had in Lowriders Custom Classics and those terrible weekly events?

The idea that we can get Clubhouses, and have a club house mechanic to "sup up" our bikes Benny Style.... is what has everyone excited.

Yes, it's a GTAIV mod, but OMFG. After the surprising amount of detail that went into the Sultan/Banshee, it's not completely impossible...

You know, I bet with that biker mechanic thing, we'll probably see a pussy pad not unlike this one made out of the Hakucho or the Double T.

I'm okay with that. I'd much prefer the Bati over the Double T. The TT has always looked misshapen to me, with it's bizarre dimensions and comically-styled fairings...

While you're correct about May 9th, you're forgetting that the Finance and Felony update arrived June 7th. Cunning Stunts may have been announced in May with F&F but it was advertised as a post-F&F update.

As someone who only just got back in to this game in the past week or so, this looks really fun.

 

All of my friends started playing GTA again and have been telling me to get back on it, as the races are really fun. I now have 5-6 people to play with on most nights, so this Update is like perfectly timed, the idea of getting a Clubhouse together and go around as Bikers carrying out missions etc sounds fun as f*ck on paper.

 

I pretty much haven't played GTA Online for the entirety of this year, I got burnt out obviously like with anything, but man coming back to this game and to so much free content and stunt races was incredible. It really made me realize how much I took how much this game has to offer for granted, I'm not saying Rockstar is a saint or anything, they have Microtransactions and other things I don't neccessarily agree with, but I've never had to pay a dime for any new content. And I've not seen a game receive this much support free of charge for such a long time. It's cool to see it still kicking.

 

Idk about you guys, but I'm really looking forward to this Update, and it's going to be the first thing I haven't spent months speculating about, and just go in blind and enjoy it.
