I disagree. I have a large group of friends all of which own gta for steam. Most of them return to gta with a big update and a promise the hackers areally gone. Once hackers return, we abandon gta and play rainbow six or miscreated

The amount of friends I play GTA with is very small in contrast to back in 2013/14. There are maybe 2 who actually play it consistently while yhere are maybe 8 who are "once in a blue moon" and then 4 of us who will play whenever the mood strikes and we feel like messing around.

 

Edit: I do enjoy GTA Online a lot with friends but when alone, outside of a new update for me it is actually rather difficult to think of a good reason to load up into GTA:O and not switch to a different game instantly.

I've seen a lot if not all of the old biker movies from the '60's thru the early '70s. Most of them are pretty bad, but if you're creating/naming/designing a Crew/MC many of them could be a good source of inspiration.

Well I wasn't a fan of lowraiders or being a CEO before those updates but I still had a lot of fun with those.

No, no, they don't. Only Rockstar believes that at this point. Hell, I've had 3 friends in maybe a month, formerly good mission buddies that I hadn't seen play in a long while, message me to say they sold their game.

Mafia's an overrated GTA clone mafia 1 and 2 where great but 3 is just a mix of fast and the furious car gameplay with gta styled combat but more extreme. It's far from a true mafia game. Disppointment is another term we should use.

I made a new account JUST for gta online, it has more friends on it than my regular gaming one and 90% of them constantly almost only play gta online

I have a main gaming account for all my other games and its just random people playing random games...

 

which brings me to my next point, why are you comparing upcoming single player games to GTA online? its gta online, its just a multiplayer mode on an old game that still brings out cool updates...

its cool go play them games, when you complete them gta will still be there, you don't have to fully commit to one game, I play multiple games throughout the day, or ill play one for ages, whatever....
