X S has already made it clear why the polls were reset, but from a staff point of view I'll just state one fact that may have contributed to it just to provide some clarity:

 

There is a member who has registered 10 new accounts and counting purely to vote in these polls. This is against one of our strictest rules on GTAForums. It isn't a contestant, so it doesn't incriminate anybody; they may not have even voted for NataliePiers, so pointing fingers is just pointless. Equally, moaning that the polls were reset is also pointless, as if someone is a fan of your entry and are actively watching the contest, they should be more than happy to vote again.

 

I hope that clears a few things up.

If all the fake accounts voted for the same person then it's obvious that they were the one who requested them even if they didn't create them personally, and they should be booted from the competition. It'd be extremely naive to think that just because it wasn't from their IP address or however it's worked out that they had nothing to do with it.

On a serious note...I would like you to reproduce some of the snaps on here.

1) Before the votes, it was Photo shop excuses which people here look to completely undermined my work/character.

 

2) If there was anyone else on the top getting votes no one would complain about it, and it's easy for the other contestants who don't communicate here to just come in and say drama!

 

3) I have one of the best female character galleries on social club, if not the best, and you want to know why? because of the ability to showcase beauty and creativity so I deserve to be in the top 10 ten here, suck a lemon

1) You already admitted to using photoshop tho. Something along the lines of you did use photoshop but most of your pics are from the R* editor and even went as far as to justify the use of photoshop by saying its not against the rules. Regardless, the point about using photshop was not that ppl think its against the rules. Its the fact you can make your character look prettier than what she really is with it ultimately stealing votes from ppl who are presenting their girls raw. Not your fault tho as its allowed but thats the gripe about photo editing.

 

2) I disagree. Its not that YOU are in the top. Its HOW you got there. You gained votes over others bcuz of your editing skills rather than your character just being prettier and more unique. You also gained a bunch of votes from your massive following on social club, your crew, etc and now you're creating social media accounts for your character to reach each further for votes. This means your current position is mostly due to your popularity amongst the community and not your character. I dont think you deserve "hate" tho.

 

3) You do have a dope gallery and are sick with the editing but again this contest is suppose to be about your character (her beauty, style and uniqueness) not how well you can edit her pics. Your character is pretty but not unique at all and her style is good but doesnt really stand out. What makes your entries stand out above the rest is the editing work not the character herself. Even without your photo editing skills I can still see your girl in the top 10. Then again I think my character is easily top5 level pretty but she didnt even make the top 50 so my opinion measn nothing. lol

 

 

 

This contest was presented as "who has the prettiest and most unique character" but eventually revealed itself to be "who do the judges favor" and "who can edit their pics the best" and "who has the biggest following." lol It started bad and never recovered. Unless someone else runs this with better rules and different judges this contest will never be legit.

 

EDIT: lmao the polls are reset bcuz someone created 10 accounts? Another unfair decision. lol Is there any proof Natalie recieved those 10 extra votes? I mean to her defense she created a social media account for her character to get votes. That makes creating 10 accounts for just 10 votes pointless. Ill Audio recently got a spike in votes. It couldve been him to try and compete with Natalie. It says at the top of the poll that other members can see what choice each member made so dont you guys know where those extra 10 votes went?

I tell you what would be fair to me if someone could message me about the possibility of my name being taken off the pole and me leaving in peace, I've worked my arse off to only receive negativity the whole time I was here, even receiving just horrible personal messages and now this.

 

I respect all the work that has been put into this event believe me but I really feel it's been a waste of my time.

 

Votes taken away from other contestants as well, there were other people I was hoping would move up the card but they're not even here and don't even get the chance.

 

Due too the fact that other voters have come and gone.
