Welcome to the latest version of the football fans' favorite GTAF game

Do not try and make anything but predictions about the matches of the upcoming UEL season under this thread.
This topic will be led by myself and Freak_Show throughout the season.

Basic rules remain the same. But I change all of the pointings. Furthermore, I add a few extra type of predicting to spice things up a bit.

GENERAL RULES

- Make your predictions prior to the kick-offs. If you deliver them during the matches, they will be invalid.
- Once the match starts, you can't change your prediction. However, you are allowed to edit it any time before.
- Predictions have to contain score, otherwise they won't be taken into account.
- Ranking is updated at the end of the every match day.

POINT SCORING SYSTEM

A) Group Stage

- Correctly predicting the result will gain you 4 pts.
- Correctly predicting the winner/draw will gain you 2 pts.
- Incorrectly predicting the both will gain you 0 pts.

B) Round 32 & Round 16

- Correctly predicting the result will gain you 5 pts.
- Correctly predicting the winner/draw will gain you 2,5 pts.
- Incorrectly predicting the both will gain you 0 pts.

C) Quarters and Semis

- Correctly predicting the result will gain you 6 pts.
- Correctly predicting the winner/draw will gain you 3 pts.
- Incorrectly predicting the both will gain you 0 pts.

D) Final

- Correctly predicting the result will gain you 8 pts.
- Correctly predicting the winner/draw will gain you 4 pts.
- Incorrectly predicting the both will gain you 0 pts.

BONUS PREDICTIONS

1) Europa League Winner - (before Round 16) - 16 pts.

2) 1st Placed Teams In Groups - (before Group Stage. 1,5 pts for each team) - 18 pts.

3) The Most Goals Scored Group(s) - (before Group Stage) - 12 pts.

Remember that you aren't limited to choose just one group.

a) If you picked one and it turned out to be the only correct, you got 12 pts.
b) If you picked multiple groups and all turned out to be correct, you got 12 pts.
c) If you picked multiple groups but only some of them turned out to be correct, you got 6 pts.
d) If you picked multiple groups but only one of them turned out to be correct, you got 6 pts.
e) If multiple groups turned out to be correct but you only picked one of them, you got 6 pts.
For instance:

a) You said F and F is the only most goals scored group.
b) You said F, H and L; and all of these are the most goals scored groups.
c) You said F, H and L; but only F and L are the most most goals scored groups.
d) You said A, G and H; but G is the only most goals scored group.
e) You said A; but A, G and H are the most goals scored groups.

4) Penalties

- Correctly predicting the result will gain you 3 pts.
- Correctly predicting the winner will gain you 1,5 pts.
- Incorrectly predicting the both will gain you 0 pts.

5) The Final

a) First Goal Period - 3 pts.
b) First Goal Scorer - 3 pts.
c) Whether 3 or more goals to be scored - Yes/No - 3 pts.
d) Whether the match goes into extra time - Yes/No - 3 pts.

6) Goals Per Match In Europa League (before Group Stage) - 6 pts.
Choose one of the below.

a) < 1,86
b) 1,86 - 2
c) 2,01 - 2,15
d) 2,16 - 2,3
e) 2,31 - 2,45
f) 2,46 - 2,6
g) > 2,6

Hmm, I don't have any plans for CL one really. I'll be pretty busy in real life as the upcoming season goes. So I don't think I'll be able to keep the both of the leagues going.

- @AndyGanteks lost his leading position this week.He got 32 solid points with 2 Bull's-Eye,those points including 10 Home Wins(22pts) , 2 Away Wins(4pts) and 2 Draws (6pts).German,Italian,Spanish and Swiss teams have been his favorites this week;a total amount of 16 points are brought by them.His "Bull's-Eye"s St.Etienne-Anderlecht and Zurich-Osmanlıspor gained him 4 each one but it was not enough to hold his leading position.Nice performance anyway.

 

- @Platypus Chairlines aka "pavulabreaker" was at the bottom of the table after Matchday 1 and he held his position well...(*sarcastic*) .He got only 1 Bull's-Eye with the match of St.Etienne-Anderlecht as AndyGanteks predicted right too.He got points from more teams but there were 3 Draws(8pts) in it as well as 10 Home Wins(20pts) and 1 Away Win(2pts).We believe in you mate,you can capture the first position on the table next matchday!

 

- is the new leader of the game.He showed the best performance this week with 36 points and 4 "Bull's-Eye"s,brought to him by 12 Home Wins(32pts) and 2 Draws(4pts) and NO Away Wins . That 4 "Bull's-Eye"s was the key factor in conquering the first position. Correctly predicting Shaktar D - Braga and Gent - Konyaspor matches in the same group and Schalke - RB Salzburg / Athletic Bilbao - Rapid Vienna matches gained him exact 16 points.Spanish teams have been his favorites this week,they deserved a "Muchas Gracias" I think...
