GTA V Car Replace to Add-on help [with tuning]

So I've converter tons of replace vehicles to Add-on without an issue, however when i've tried to do it with a car with vehicle mods [tuning] I can't seem to get it to work. (I've tried all the carcols stuff etc)

Parts either don't show or just remove part of the car(s) I try it on.

 

I don't know if it's the IDs or something, does anyone know of a guide (for Add-on tunables that is)
