Lowrider side mission question.

I had forgotten to go for the side mission for lowrider challenge. Not the story related, the one where you head to the red market. I'm now in the badlands & is it still possible to do that side quest? I do have the Ceaser mission saved, I could delete & start from after I race him. Plz let me know.

you dont need to do it for game completion and u can do it any time you want
