Also I would like to say I would test out new cars with different paint in singleplayer before they stopped adding dlc cars to it. Now you basically need a modded account just so you can view car paints without spending $150,000 when your simply changing colors. Should have been like midnight club where you add stuff to your cart and checkout later. So you can test stuff all you want and not get charged for testing things out.

Still, rules are meant to be respected. Doesn't nobody thinks about the bunch of kids making a big money from selling modded accounts? Not to say even if things aren't as bad as on PC, it's still annoying to play legit and see 8000lvl players buying everything with no effort. "Oh that's butthurt" no, that's expecting things to be fair in-game.

 

Let's see: you're playing races. Even if you're really good, it's important to have a good car in order to stand a chance in the races. The supercar class, probably the most popular, has very expensive cars as the ones with the best specs. You'll need to either invest a considerable amount of time and effort or break your piggy bank to purchase Shark Cards in order to get enough money to buy one. Meanwhile, a cheater can get it right away. Is it fair? Doesn't it affect you directly? But that's right, since your parents didn't bought you a console until recently, you have the right to cheat.

 

Finally, the topic these discussions always end up into: is this Rockstar's fault with the micro transactions business? Partially, yes, at least in my opinion. But otherwise there wouldn't be free updates for this long, so it's a better alternative. Also, it wouldn't make sense to buy (all) the most expensive items right away, it was never like that even on SP (without cheating). It provides a feeling of achievement, necessary for the game to be interesting and keep the players having fun and reasons to play. I don't say it's the best progression method, but it does make sense.

Sure, I can explain it.

If your character did not exist then no one would have had any interaction with it. Meaning: Never won or lost a race to it. Never killed or been killed by it. Never been in a mission with it. Everyone's life would have been better having never interacted with it.

FYI my character is 100% legit so if understand what you're saying correctly you hate to lose a race, get killed or doing missions with anyone even if they're legit?

I don't think so. Players have put in +1000 hours to be where they are yet they see others with a higher rank that they will never achieve. It's discouraging, it undermines the time others have put in by screwing with the rank system. Players have a right to be upset at these players and at rockstar.

 

Why should someone have more everything then me when I've put in over 1000 hours yet they have only put in 10 hours. It's not fair, annoying, discouraging.

 

Why should players pay real money for sharkcards or put in real time for rank when they could get everything for free right now.

 

I don't know, my views change but as of right now I'm glad rockstar is finally starting to do something.

 

It's not about advantages it's what players have worked for. What they deserve for time invested for playing this game. It's about what's fair.

one of the two accounts was transferred a week before cunning stunts. it sticked on both ps4 and pc. it obviously is not completely patched.

Grinding isn't an option for him (rank is issue) because it isn't fun. We play to have fun. Grind when we go broke.

 

We don't grief when we play, we free roam battle and do fun sh*t with or against other people. No clear torsos or unlimited missiles. Just a fair advantage against any type of player we come across.

 

I shouldn't have to explain the clear disadvantages lower rank players have against the skillfully inclined. That 120+ rank gives you a fighting chance. sh*t, I barely scrape by because I don't play as often (for lack of various fun factors).

 

Im not knocking modded accounts unless you're really doing some foul, unfair bullsh*t.

 

Grinding is an option for me because all I need is money.

It's not hard or very time consuming to make enough cash to buy one of the new supers, this argument is imo pure bs. Making money is not hard with heists, and all the double $ on different activities most of the time. This weekend I made about 2 mill playing entourage and stunt races, and I just played evenings. Either you're wasting alot of money on something completely unnecessary, or you should start playing something you make money on

I meant if you started from ground (new account). Before even grinding you need the means to grind (apt, Kuruma because you have low health, etc.) and it was just a single example.
