I'm guessing you want to know which cars to get on the first list? Well, if you keep lookin' round the city, you'l easily find the cars.. or go over to gamefaqs.com - go on the Vice City Faqs, and go on to Car Locations. The Sea Plane (Skimmer) will be able after you complete the mission "Dildo Dodo" at the Film Studios. The Plane will remain in the water behind the Studios. Decent Guns: Go to all the Ammunations!
