Then, during "Boulevard Baby" mission, one of the doorkeepers expresses Luis his wish to work at Maisonette instead. When Luis enters the club he implies that he's glad he doesn't run a joint like this. I don't understand why game has such a negative attitude towards the club. For one, it has better music than Maisonette 9 and Hercules. Also, it has a cooler interior. Plus, a better location right next to Frankfort Avenue and Star Junction. Hell, it has a really cool exterior design too compared to Maisonette 9 and Hercules. Why the negative attitude regarding Bahama Mamas? Is it because of the clientèle (eastern europeans, cheap sluts), as opposed to Maisonette's VIP, members only and celebrity guests? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The doorkeeper remark might be with respect to how crowded and crazy BM is, who'd want to doorkeep that? Maisonette is so much more peaceful (-ish anyway). I can't speak much for the remark on Integrity though. I've never actually noticed any hate as such towards the club in the game, so yeah, interesting question I suppose. People from LC think that the people from Alderney are chavs (think of the article on the Liberty Tree website after the Hickey Bridge and Booth Tunnel are open again), so I think the woman on Integrity means that Lazlow and Jorge are chavs and they fit right in at Bahama Mamas. Apart from that, it sucks that we can enter Bahama Mamas only in one mission. The music is better (I´m astonished that the Maisonette 9 doesn´t have problems with continous rampages, couldn´t blame the people for losing their sh*t if they have to listen to that crap playing there), the interior is nicer and there aren´t chumps like Bulgarin and Timur hanging around. The music was so f*cking cool and so was the inside of the club. Maisonette had the worst radio station in all of the GTA games combined. It was small and looked horrible too.
