Can't get 100% - No events spawning

after i slept some days, without saving,

i played till now online as usual and get back.

 

i spawned with franklin downtown in midnight.

then i drove to border patrol ans they appeared!

killed them all and made a quick save.

 

now i am back in my home and 2 events are left.

(except still the half armored trucks)

Sorry for necro-posting, but after 3+ year I'm having the same issue.

No events and property calls spawning at all after I switched from story to online and played online 2-3 hours. Am at 57% of the story.

If I reload a save at 50% (before switching to online mode) the random events still spawn.

 

Tomorrow will try to play directly on online for a couple of hours and the get back to story mode to see if it fix the issue. Any further help will be appreciated.

Otherwise I have to stick on my old savegame and redo some part of the story.
