Can't get 100% - No events spawning

Hello all.

 

So, I can't get 100%. Nothing new is spawning (strangers and freaks, random events and so on). Another strange thing is, text messages are out of order now too. I've tried putting the phone of all 3 characters on sleep mode and then back to normal mode, which I've seen as a suggested fix.

 

Any other tips or is it time for a restart?

 

As an aside, I called Ursula early (before she spawned as a random event). Could this have caused it? If so, I won't be doing that again haha.

but that's caused by the altruist trophy. That's why I can't get Ursula to spawn

 

can you tell more in detail of this? how you mean this? why is the award the cause ursula not spawns? o.O

oh sh*t. at least i have only 2 people left who i can deliver. the girl in the vinewood hills and ursula itself.

i chosen me, that i only deliver the girl to the camp, but then kept ursula as one night stand.

 

but everytime i tried to get ursula spawn. nothing happens. so i would try this at least.

that the girl in the hills will spawn is known. i tried this, but i died in the chase.

so i loaded my last savegame and done another random event.

 

but finally i think the randoms are gettin harder to spawn. the armored trucks = no chance.

i have not much events left, and in the last time, i get nothing.

 

what can i do? helps to sleep everytime 7 ingame days?

defacto my checklist wont loads anymore:

its caused definatly of the 100% after "the last one".

the 100% (or a 86%) before this load normally.

 

anyway, i made a long time before a backup" of the map via photoshop.

so i knew what events are missing, and its defacto two random for altru left.

 

do you think its better to deliver both to altru, or only one and keep ursula?

it would be really bad if i MUST deliver both for a better spaning rate

nice detective job of the chromes output! can you give me the whole bug report please?

i have an open ticket at R* and want to give them as much i can have to solve THEIR problem.

 

i already delivered 2 (?) random and left for that is the hijacked whore in vinewood and ursula.

when to clear the atrus is not locked to an award or achievement its not nescessary for me.

but your story with "you can both do" sound interesting, but i dont want to try it out for myself :-)

 

do you have a tipp for better spawning ursula or the armored trucks?

is it right that the specific time and day is equal? and are you on PC or next-gen?

So, Ursula is one of the random events you havnt done?

 

but when i quicksave and drive to the location, and reloard, if nothing happens,

why should it spawn then? the time is the same as i tried before.

or shuffles the game the randoms again, everytime i load the game?

on the blue code, there is nothing more hidden in it? because of the ...

When i slept 3 days, and drive to one possble location, and then nothing spawns, its useful to drive to another point, or must i sleep more?

 

and counts the calls of the bought stores for a random? i mean, does this reset the trigger? i got much calls from downtown cab -_-

ouh, is there a official statement why ursula wont spawn?

even not, when i do the last altru-random before her?

so its not possible to finish the whole checklist? :-((

 

i mean, you get from time to time calls of pitchers or cab.

then i job icon appears on the map, where u can start it.

it this counts as a random trigger? wich reset my 3 days?

should i sleep 3 days again, after a call, when i am for random?

damn, so i will never find ursula, because she would be the 4th person.

unfortunatly i have done many randoms in the past, so so most altru-persons.

i got 2 persons für altru left: the whore in vinewood and ursula.

so, in this case. i will never have a chance? :-(

 

the other point, with the random calls, doesnt depends on the altru thing.

it was a general question for random spawing (f.e. prisoner lift, border patrol).

will they spawn, even when i got a call in the (max.) three days before?

the random what i means, and wich already spawned, but i died is: "snatched".

this i want to deliver at altrus and then only ursula would be the last altru random.

 

but when the calls counts as randoms, how other randoms could also spawn?

i thought only one random can spawn after 3 days?

 

so, the time of the transporter is not a mystery?

i checked soooo many videos, but never with a time in it?!

and when i only see the daylight.

in the videos no one shows the ingame time :-(

 

and can i drive from spawnpoint to spawnpoint, when the random beofre not appeared?

i think its getting harder, how far i come

UAAAAH, i done nothing special with franklin.

drove to morningwood and SNATCHED spawns!!

i stopped immediately and made a NEW savegame.

 

so what to do now? when i max the chances to ursula?

she would be the last altru person after this.

 

should i do snatched with franklin as usual,

and then maybe tryout ursula with franklin too.

(sounds something logically...)

 

or brakeup. drive again there with trevor,

and deliver the girl to the altrus and then

i try out if ursula spawns with trevor?

i set it to the top:

i switched to trevor. drove to snatched. there is franklin waiting and snatched spawns ^^

now i do snatched with the altrus and i will see if ursula spawns in the next days.

 

i even dont wont to duplicate ursula, i would be happy if she EVEN would spawn ;-/

 

 

PS, i dont know that there is this hidden random with simeon.

so i missed that too, and i wil NEVERRR have this ;-(

 

PPS in the next days you must please help me with the armored trucks ^^

i found HERE some timetables, but everyone says another time. i see no red line...

is your need to complete all those randoms to get full list and see nothing unfinished or is 100% the main target, if its latter then you should be happy with 14 events, if you encounter more then of course it's nice to finish more just for passing time!

as long the checklist is broken, its a kind of "pointless".

 

so the armored trucks spawns every day but not every time?

i found deep in this forum some player with timetables.

but when i organize them it shows different times for the spawns.

so do you know the exactly times, when they spawn?

 

the vans are my last great challenge, because five are left ... :-(

btw i have been trying to get snatched done but i think you may be hacking since it's impossible to even make single shot towards second wave, i really wonder why, since it's wasted me i gotta wait alot now after i find out the secret! but it won't bother me anymore either, i finished freaks in the area and won't go back there anyway

to not be killed the moment you try to kill the two bikers chasing you (buying/finding armor won't help, it will be shot with half health away in first chase), talking about "snatched" random event, it's IMPOSSIBLE, you done it, i wanna know how!

BTW only way i see to resolve it myself is to use save editor to fill armour, it will make me invincible, armour added via save editor is never going down!

EDIT: never mind, i went there with another protag with full normal armour and caught them before they drove off, killed driver first and then rest, used one video which showed where to drive to keep cover to kill rest of assholes, they started to hide behind my armour-tuned car but i got them through windows!

i shot them out of the window of the bodi with the SMG.

and i had luck: one of the bikers crashed and a NPC drived over them.

and i drove over the mountain-lane (not over highway), directly to camp.

i stopped the van by blocking its way and killing driver, then shoot other guys, drove to point when i got approximately 1.1 miles to destination i think, there was on left side of highway big stone road edge where could be drifted behind and take cover too and take time to kill all of them!

BTW my golden tailgater wasn't too pretty with hundreds of bulletholes in the trunk!

everytime when i drive up that road, nothing happens.

after that i drive to the farm for prisoner lift #1

and then again, nothimg happens ... -_- argh... damnit
