superdino
Yep, that's cause money was useless. Now money is the backbone of VC. Kinda sux, but yep, its true.
[ZERO]
Yeah, because of the money cheat in GTA3, there was no real need for money.
AxER
"Adopt a Poo" ? Ah ha ha ha.
Earthbound
Yep, that's cause money was useless. Now money is the backbone of VC. Kinda sux, but yep, its true. Part true, part untrue. In GTA3, when you did the 'Bomb da' Base' mission you required $100,000. That's a lot of money. You also have to buy guns for some missions. But I agree in Vice City you need to use your money much more frequently than GTA3.
Gr Moff Matt
By the time i got to that mission, i had 300,000 at least, so i think it is 100% true that statement!
Earthbound
All I'm saying is that money was still a large requirement for GTA3 although the money part of VC has increased in importance several times.
Phallus
Yep, that's cause money was useless. Now money is the backbone of VC. Kinda sux, but yep, its true. That doesn't suck. Its one of the coolest parts of the game. You start a broke nobody and turn in to a rich ass mob boss. Its a great rise in power. Better than just doing random missions for a ton of cash you don't need. You start out with lowly 'get in the door' stuff' to really making big moves the the VC underworld later in the game. Awesome setup.
