The preliminary stage (i.e., this stage), the judges rank their favourites, and the top 20 go through to the second stage.

 

Second stage is open to all forum members' votes, and the top 10 go through to the final, which is also open to forum votes.

Name : Marie Chantale alias Brutale Truite (she got that nickname from her earliest days at school, she was known to be brutal, and mute as a trout)

Age : 27ish

Born : North west Paris suburbs

Blood : Irish on the father side, French/Belgian with a zest of Russian and Moldavian on the mother side

 

arrived in LS : 29/01/2014

 

She decided to join her brother in LS a few month after him. On the phone he seemed depressed and was speeking more and more about stuffs getting nerfed. She had no clue what he was talking about and wanted to see by herself. Also she had never been to 'Murica and it's been a dream of her to get there for a long time. And anyway, LS is the only city on the 'Murican soil that allows convicted citizens from other countries to go on vacation, so she did not really had a choice.

So she got in the first plane (or maybe it was the third one) and there she was.

One of her first memory there is on Vespucci beach. She was shopping for a hat when she was brutally assaulted by a man with a pig mask and a baseball bat. Since then, she hunts anything wearing a pig mask. You want to upset her ? Just squeal. But don't.

So it's been more than two years now, and man, she came across a lot of piggy masks... She also worked a lot for all the smallest and biggest players of the city, to finally create her own criminal company. She's now at a point in her criminal career she could never have imagined. The city feels almost small now and she aspires for new horizons to expand her bizniss.

 

What will she do if she's elected Miss LS 2016 ? She doesn't even know she's competing. And I'm not telling her unless she makes it to the 2nd round...

A new "mixed" system will be incorporated with the intent of stifling some of nepotism experienced in previous years, but again, the details are still be worked out, so I can't explain exactly how that will work just yet.

But I don't see why there shouldn't be a male version of this.

 

But then again, this is based off of an irl Beauty/Personality Pageant(Miss America/Universe/USA).

So I mean, unless you're going to complain about how there's no irl Male Beauty Pageants.
