I didn't found solution or answer for my these two questions, so I hope someone will sure reply :

 

1. How can I export and import awc in rpf in Gta V with commandline?

 

 

2. How to convert awc to wav and vice versa in GTA V with command line?

 

 

I don't want GUI, I just want commandline method.

You can't.

If you want to make auto installation for your mod you can use OpenIV's Package Installer.
