I would've gotten to 40 million by now if I didn't get the Timed Out Joining Session notice and booted to SP half the f*cking time, my internet is fine as it is and I'm sure it's R*'s bandaid solution to slowdown our profits.

After tonight I'm gonna need at least two or three more garages.

I would've gotten to 40 million by now if I didn't get the Timed Out Joining Session notice and booted to SP half the f*cking time, my internet is fine as it is and I'm sure it's R*'s bandaid solution to slowdown our profits.

It was doing that to me too and if it times out loading into your second character just go online from single player and I'm pretty sure you still get the money you would of gotten if it didn't time out.

Haven't had any issues. So its most definitely your connection/region.

 

Are you using WiFi or Ethernet?

Yeah I know. It did it to me on three or four swaps in a row but now it's working fine. Gotta love watching Netflix as my bank account just keeps going up.

Wifi, but the DSL is in the same room I play in and it has high bandwidth. The problem is that the game automatically tries to connect to my American crew members without my permission and these crew members are ALWAYS in full public session.

Jesus Christ, did this really need to be a thread? Now some asskissing fanboy will report the glitch to Rockstar and they'll patch it in a few hours, this is why we don't get a lot of money glitches lately because everyone is so mouthy.

This is the type of glitch you 'll only really need once though tbh. I've done it for my mate who's away, and I doubt I'll ever use it again.

You can buy all the office upgrades and not have an issue. I started tonight with no office, no CEO status, nothing. I now get 875k every swap, and I've got..well...money.

I did only have the gunlocker but I've got enough money to buy the rest of the upgrades so I'll give it a shot.

Edit: It looks like the issue is buying stuff for the second character, but the work around is buying up? Or whatever. Zader did it.

 

Can confirm renovating doesn't break things. Just bought the safe and got a larger chunk.

They've been very quick with hotfixes. Won't be surprised if it's fixed in a couple hours. So just keep doing It lad.

Okay yeah, you need a fully upgraded office to get 825k, I've jumped from getting 260k to 825k

Und I'm confusing it with something else.Not really, it's how Rockstar built the P2P priority system, it's in all honesty a decent idea but they should've put in the option to disable it.

Someone already did, and not just a regular Joe Blow..

The person that snitched on the support forums is also a member of these forums and used to be deep into getting modded vehicles and money drops back on PS3.

There's no reward for being Rockstar's pet, they'll only take notice of your report without thanking you and will return to ignore you or treat you like sh*t the next time you needed help.

 

I wonder why the snitch decided to be a pet anyway, that's a real mystery considering how money glitches are more dire nowadays than the PS3 days.

If it was me I would sell one car and buy the $1 million dollar office and the gun locker (I think the gun locker is the cheapest of the three but I might be wrong) then switch characters and see if it works for you which it should then sell the other car and buy the safe, gun locker, and accommodations and you'll be getting $800k+ on each swap and will be able to buy back those two cars relatively quickly and after that it's al profit.

 

Remember thought that you are taking a gamble but that gamble is most likely going to pay off handsomely.

 

Whatever you do though do NOT buy an office for your second character.
