The numbers refer to sheet numbers in the overall document, each person has their own sheet. The top three bit is done by rank the rest do have the rank in the right columns. I'll try and have a fiddle with the sheet to see if I can expand the ranking for everyone, but when its referencing other sheets it can get a bit fiddly.
