This is truly amazing. So easy to use - finally makes timecycle editing for GTA 3 be a worthy process.

Thank you! :)

DMA designers hate him!!!!!! THIS ONE GUY FOUND A COOL TRICK TO EDIT TIMECYCLE IN GTA3

(btw, "C:\Users\aap\src\gta3d\Debug\gta3d.pdb" - is this a part of a plugin for the GTA3D mod, and this being the reason it's not open sourced?)

I don't think there's any point in keeping tools that could help anyone in various tasks hidden away. :p

The Hero just does stuff that thinks would help people and releases the said stuff if it's polished enough.

Yes, it was part of the gta3d.asi. I disabled everything gta3d related (which is not much at this point anyway) for the release. And obviously I was too lazy to compile a release version. That is also indeed the reason i didn't release the source yet...the project looks just a bit too ugly, I'll sort it out eventually...

gts.: I'm just writing stuff that I think makes developing gta3d easier...and if I think it could help other people I release it.

It'd good to see GTA III Modding is still Alive and Well.

Hopefully LC will get some badly needed Colour in its World. :^:

Fixed a bug and updated the zip. The way I paused the game caused the time to progress when the menu was on, this is hopefully fixed now.

You can do that however you like it yourself. It's a timecyc in-game editor, after all. ;)

Wow, really nice work! :)

I understand that you are creating these tools to make development for GTA 3D easier, but wouldn't it be possible to create an in-game handling editor too? Just asking. :)

Awesome! The fact that you can edit it in real time while in game helps you a lot. You can clearly see the result in front of your eyes! TheHero proved once more that Rockstar need to hire him as a developer.

Far from good, if user can't choose the color easily and has to type R, G and B values.

Take a look at this, to see how it can be made simpler:

Uhm, i was being stupid when i last wanted to update a file. With all my mess I put the wrong file into the zip, should be fixed now. I'm still having some stupid issues with the clock that i should fix.... Thank god nobody seems to use this thing.

But VC != IV/V.... porting this to vice city shouldn't be hard but I've just not done it. It sucks that I didn't release the source code either...it's a bit messy and i couldn't be assed to clean it up yet :/ I wrote this tool just for gta 3d really, so III was my only concern.

When I enter the timecycle options and start changing the hour I got that Skyrim feeling when using the wait feature :D

I'm not very interested in a 1.1 version but maybe someone else wants to do it. I forget if I included the source in this...probably not because it was part of this kitchen sink project. If you need it, tell me.
