GTA TBoGT Special Vehicle Guide

Special Vehicle Properties Legend:

EC = Exclusive Color - The Special Vehicle has a Primary and Visible Secondary Color Combination that can't be duplicated with Pay and Spray or found in Traffic. Make note that Color 4 on some Vehicles is only Random if it's a Lustered Vehicle.

EC2 = Exclusive Color 2 - The Special Vehicle has a Special Invisible Secondary Color only viewable by Save Editors.

Lustered = Lustered - The Special Vehicle has another Color overlapping its Base Color and is only best seen in the Daylight with a lot of Sunshine. The term Lustered is only used on Vehicles that have Randomly chosen Lusters every time you start the Mission where the Lustered Special Vehicle appears in. Be very careful as some Lusters are not Special if the Vehicle is not EC.

Hybrid = Hybrid - The Special Vehicle has Features from the Civilian Version of the Vehicle along with Features from a Gang or another Civilian Version of the Vehicle at once. It has multiple Vehicle Modification Features which makes the Vehicle Special.

Unique = Unique - The Special Vehicle is Unique when it can only be obtained from a Story Mission or Side Mission, the Vehicle itself is Special as it's not possible to find it Parked or in Traffic. However, some Unique Vehicles in IV can be found in Traffic but only if you're driving one, which still makes them Unique.

Parking Spots:

Luis' Apartment - Maximum Capacity is 2, unlocked after I Luv LC.

Playboy X's Penthouse - Maximum Capacity is 2, unlocked after I Luv LC, though the actual Safehouse can't be used by Luis at all.

Middle Park East - Maximum Capacity is 2, unlocked after I Luv LC, though the actual Safehouse can't be used by Luis at all.

South Bohan - Maximum Capacity is 2, unlocked after I Luv LC, though the actual Safehouse can't be used by Luis at all.

Roman's Apartment - Maximum Capacity is 2, unlocked after I Luv LC, though the actual Safehouse can't be used by Luis at all.

Alderney Safehouse - Maximum Capacity is 2, unlocked after I Luv LC, though the actual Safehouse can't be used by Luis at all.

Lost MC Clubhouse - Maximum Capacity is 2, unlocked after I Luv LC, though the actual Safehouse can't be used by Luis at all.

Brian's Safehouse - Maximum Capacity is 2, unlocked after I Luv LC, though the actual Safehouse can't be used by Luis at all.

Every GTA TBoGT Save can have a Maximum of 16 Vehicles.

6.4. EC Drug Wars Vehicles - EC Banshee, EC Blista Compact, EC Buffalo, EC Bullet GT, EC Comet, EC F620, EC Huntley Sport, EC Maverick, EC Presidente, EC Primo, EC Sabre GT, EC Sentinel, EC Sultan, EC Sultan RS, EC Super Diamond, EC SuperGT, EC Tampa, EC Tuner Uranus, EC Voodoo (Color Combinations - Blue and Black with Red Luster, Black and Green with White Luster, White and Light Gray, Black and Dark Gray with Green Luster, Dark Red and Yellow/Green)

1.0. EC Bronze and Maroon Manana
Mission: Arnaud's Second Random Encounter (Pass)
How to Obtain: Welcome to Liberty City, again. In TBoGT, there are only eight Special Vehicles which are truly Special and One Time Only and they only come from Side Missions. All the other Story Special Vehicles can always be obtained from Mission Replay, thus why these Side Mission Special Vehicles are listed first in the Guide. This is a Maroon with a EC Bronze Red Body Color with a EC Maroon Roof, it also has one Set Luster which is Black Poly, because the Luster is not Random and the Body Color is truly Special, then this Vehicle is for sure EC. It can only be obtained from Arnaud's Second Random Encounter Side Mission which can't be replayed once you have 100% Completion, make note that Random Encounters don't give extra Mission Attempts in the Stats, so failing them won't count against you in the Stats. To obtain this EC Manana, start Arnaud's 2nd Random Encounter and drive to the Location with Arnaud as instructed. Once there, use Drive-By to kill the Pimp inside the EC Bronze and Maroon Manana, making sure that you don't blow the Manana up. Once he's dead, pick up the Money and then get inside the EC Bronze and Maroon Manana and drive Arnaud to his Place. Once the Side Mission has been passed, drive the EC Manana to a Safehouse Parking Spot and store it there.

1.1. EC/Lustered Bright Red F620
Mission: Daisy's Random Encounter (Pass)
How to Obtain: In TBoGT, there are only eight Special Vehicles which are truly Special and One Time Only and they only come from Side Missions. All the other Story Special Vehicles can always be obtained from Mission Replay, thus why these Side Mission Special Vehicles are listed first in the Guide. This is an F620 with a EC Bright Red Body Color, plus it has a Random Luster applied to it every time you start the Side Mission. I suggest getting a Yellow Luster on this F620 as that Luster in Combination with the Bright Red Body Color looks nice and is for sure Special. It can only be obtained from Daisy's Random Encounter Side Mission which can't be replayed once you have 100% Completion, make note that Random Encounters don't give extra Mission Attempts in the Stats, so failing them won't count against you in the Stats. To obtain this EC/Lustered F620, start Daisy's Random Encounter and get out of Maisonette 9. Outside, you will find this EC/Lustered Bright Red F620, get in it and use it to proceed with passing the Mission like how you normally would. Once you passed the Side Mission, get back in the EC/Lustered F620 and take it to a Safehouse Parking Spot and store it.

1.2. Lustered Black PMP 600
Mission: Club Management - Clay PG Jackson (Fail, won't effect Stats)
How to Obtain: In TBoGT, there are only eight Special Vehicles which are truly Special and One Time Only and they only come from Side Missions. All the other Story Special Vehicles can always be obtained from Mission Replay, thus why these Side Mission Special Vehicles are listed first in the Guide. This is a PMP 600 with a Black Body Color which on alone is not Special, but it has a Random Luster applied to it every time you start the Side Mission. Be very careful about this Lustered Black PMP 600, because not all Random Lusters are Special on it. Avoid the Currant Red Solid, Black, and Nassau Blue Poly Lusters on this PMP 600. In other words, if you see a Red, Black, or Blue Luster on this Vehicle, reload the Save immediately and start the Mission again, because it's more likely that this Lustered PMP 600 won't be Special at all. I suggest getting a Green Luster on it, which would for sure be Special. It can only be obtained from the Club Management Side Mission which can't be replayed once you have 100% Completion, make note that Club Management doesn't give extra Mission Attempts in the Stats, so failing them won't count against you in the Stats. To obtain this Lustered Black PMP 600, start the Club Management Side Mission and get the Side Mission which involves Clay PG Jackson. Go to Clay as instructed and he will be inside this Lustered Black PMP 600 at the start of the Mission. If it has a Special Luster, then simply get into it and then shoot and injure one of the Paparazzi Members. The Mission will fail and now you can just drive the Lustered PMP 600 back to a Parking Spot and store it.

1.3. EC/Lustered Silver Habanero (1 of 2)
Mission: Club Management - Clay PG Jackson (Fail, won't effect Stats)
How to Obtain: In TBoGT, there are only eight Special Vehicles which are truly Special and One Time Only and they only come from Side Missions. All the other Story Special Vehicles can always be obtained from Mission Replay, thus why these Side Mission Special Vehicles are listed first in the Guide. This is a Habanero with an EC Light Blue Silver Color, and it has a Random Luster applied to it every time you start the Side Mission. Any Luster you get on it is Special, so don't worry which one you obtain. It can only be obtained from the Club Management Side Mission which can't be replayed once you have 100% Completion, make note that Club Management doesn't give extra Mission Attempts in the Stats, so failing them won't count against you in the Stats. This EC/Lustered Silver Habanero appears in two Club Management Missions, one is from Clay PG Jackson, and the other is from Poppy Mitchell. To obtain the one from Clay PG Jackson, start the Club Management Clay PG Jackson Side Mission and then go to Hercules as instructed. At the Place you will see a EC/Lustered Silver Habanero, simply get in it and drive away while the Side Mission fails for abandoning Clay. Park it at a Parking Spot and have it stored there.

1.4. EC/Lustered Silver PCJ 600 (1 of 2)
Mission: Club Management - Clay PG Jackson (Fail, won't effect Stats)
How to Obtain: In TBoGT, there are only eight Special Vehicles which are truly Special and One Time Only and they only come from Side Missions. All the other Story Special Vehicles can always be obtained from Mission Replay, thus why these Side Mission Special Vehicles are listed first in the Guide. This is a PCJ 600 with an EC Light Blue Silver Color, and it has a Random Luster applied to it every time you start the Side Mission. Any Luster you get on it is Special, so don't worry which one you obtain. It also has a Dark Grey Secondary Color which are the Rims and, only on some Variants of the PCJ 600, the Metal Pipe Grill on the Bike's Body. That Dark Grey Color on alone is not EC though. It can only be obtained from the Club Management Side Mission which can't be replayed once you have 100% Completion, make note that Club Management doesn't give extra Mission Attempts in the Stats, so failing them won't count against you in the Stats. This EC/Lustered Silver PCJ 600 appears in two Club Management Missions, one is from Clay PG Jackson, and the other is from Poppy Mitchell. To obtain the one from Clay PG Jackson, start the Club Management Clay PG Jackson Side Mission and then go to Hercules as instructed. At the Place you will see two of those EC/Lustered Silver PCJ 600s, simply get on one of them and drive away while the Side Mission fails for abandoning Clay. Park it at a Parking Spot and have it stored there.

1.5. EC/Lustered Silver Habanero (2 of 2)
Mission: Club Management - Poppy Mitchell (Pass)
You can actually obtain both the EC/Lustered Habanero and EC/Lustered PCJ 600 from Poppy Mitchell with passing the Side Mission. To obtain the one from Poppy Mitchell, start the Club Management Poppy Side Mission and then meet Poppy inside Maisonette 9. After the Dialogue, get out of the Nightclub and you will see the EC/Lustered Habanero parked at the Sidewalk, along with a EC/Lustered PCJ 600. Get into both of them and double drive them to a Safehouse Parking Spot. That means, get inside the Habenero and drive forward a bit, then exit the Habanero, run towards the PCJ 600 and get onto it, then drive a bit ahead of the Habanero, then exit it and repeat this Process until you get both Vehicles at the Parking Spot. Once both Vehicles are at the Parking Spot, go back to Maisonette 9 and finish the Mission like normal by spraying the Paparazzi using a Fire Truck. Once the Mission has been passed, immediately go back to the Parking Spot and confirm that both the Habanero and PCJ 600 are there. If you don't check the Vehicles after passing the Mission, the Parking Spot won't actually acknowledge the Vehicles, so if you would save the Game and then reload without checking, they will more than likely disappear. So be sure to check the Vehicles, also any Luster is Special on those Vehicles, if you want another Luster then simply reload and start the Side Mission again.

1.6. EC/Lustered Silver PCJ 600 (2 of 2)
Mission: Club Management - Poppy Mitchell (Pass)
How to Obtain: In TBoGT, there are only eight Special Vehicles which are truly Special and One Time Only and they only come from Side Missions. All the other Story Special Vehicles can always be obtained from Mission Replay, thus why these Side Mission Special Vehicles are listed first in the Guide. This is a PCJ 600 with an EC Light Blue Silver Color, and it has a Random Luster applied to it every time you start the Side Mission. If you want to obtain the one from Poppy Mitchell, check 1.5. as the Entry explains how to obtain both the EC/Lustered Silver Habanero and EC/Lustered Silver PCJ 600 at once while passing the Side Mission. Also, any Luster is Special on those Vehicles, if you want another Luster then simply reload and start the Side Mission again.

1.7. EC/Lustered Red and Black Peyote
Mission: Club Management - Cloe Parker (Pass)
How to Obtain: In TBoGT, there are only eight Special Vehicles which are truly Special and One Time Only and they only come from Side Missions. All the other Story Special Vehicles can always be obtained from Mission Replay, thus why these Side Mission Special Vehicles are listed first in the Guide. This is a Peyote with a EC Bright Red Body Color, plus it has a Random Luster applied to it every time you start the Side Mission. Any Luster on it is Special, so don't worry which one you obtain, though I suggest obtaining some nice and colorful ones. It also has a Black Roof which on alone is not Special, but the whole Combination of the Red Body Color is EC. It can only be obtained from the Club Management Side Mission which can't be replayed once you have 100% Completion, make note that Club Management doesn't give extra Mission Attempts in the Stats, so failing them won't count against you in the Stats. To obtain this EC/Lustered Red and Black Peyote, start the Club Management Cloe Parker Mission, and meet her in the Bathroom. Then go outside and you will find this EC/Lustered Red and Black Peyote parked behind the Club. Simply get inside it and take Cloe Home to Alderney to pass the Side Mission. After the Mission has been passed, drive the EC/Lustered Peyote to a Safehouse Parking Spot and store it.

1.8. Unique Swift with Side Doors Closed (1 of 2)
Mission: Club Management - Bruce Spade (Fail, won't effect Stats)
How to Obtain: In TBoGT, there are only eight Special Vehicles which are truly Special and One Time Only and they only come from Side Missions. All the other Story Special Vehicles can always be obtained from Mission Replay, thus why these Side Mission Special Vehicles are listed first in the Guide. This is a Swift with Side Doors Closed, which is a Unique Vehicle. However, you can obtain this Unique Swift with Side Doors Closed already from the Story in TBoGT using a Mission Replay, but that one needs a Mission Failure and Suicide. To avoid the Suicide, you can simply obtain this same Special Vehicle from the Club Management Mission. This way, this Vehicle will be truly Special if you have Zero Deaths in your Save. You can always get the Swifts with Side Doors Open though, which makes the Variant with Side Doors Closed much more Special. The Club Management Side Missions can't be replayed once you have 100% Completion, make note that Club Management doesn't give extra Mission Attempts in the Stats, so failing them won't count against you in the Stats. To obtain this Unique Swift with Side Doors Closed without Deaths, start the Club Management Bruce Spade Mission and then get inside it as instructed. Once in it, fly it back to any Safehouse Parking Spot and then shoot it until it catches Fire which will fail the Mission. Now, quickly get inside a Vehicle nearby and drive away from the Location before the Swift has a chance to blow up. Once you return to the Parking Spot, you will see this Unique Swift with Side Doors Closed parked there, safe and sound. If it has vanished, then you haven't parked it properly on the Parking Spot, so you'll have to redo this. I suggest using Brian Jeremy's Safehouse Parking Spot to store this Swift.

1.9. Lustered Black Stretch
This is a Stretch with a Black Body Color which on alone is not Special, but it has a Random Luster applied to it every time you start the Side Mission. Be very careful about this Lustered Black Stretch, because not all Random Lusters are Special on it. Avoid the Silver Stone Poly or Black Poly Lusters on this Stretch. In other words, if you see a Grayish non-colorful Luster on this Vehicle, reload the Save immediately and start the Mission again, because it's more likely that this Lustered Stretch won't be Special at all. I suggest getting a Blue Luster on it, which would for sure be Special. It can only be obtained from the Club Management Side Mission which can't be replayed once you have 100% Completion, make note that Club Management doesn't give extra Mission Attempts in the Stats, so failing them won't count against you in the Stats. To obtain this Lustered Black Stretch, start the Club Management Bruce Space Mission, pick up the Swift and then pick up Space. Once you fly back to Maisonette 9, you will see two of those Stretches parked in front of the Club blocking the Road to allow you to land the Swift in the middle of the Street. Before finishing the Mission, land the Swift somewhere nearby, but not where you're instructed to land. Now, get inside one of the Lustered Black Stretches and drive away from the Swift so the Side Mission is failed. But first make sure that the Stretch has a Special Luster. If it has a Special Luster, store the Lustered Black Stretch at any Safehouse Parking Spot. You can actually pass the Side Mission with the Stretch, but it would involve double driving the Stretch and Swift to a Parking Spot and then you'll have to pass the Mission, then you have to check the Stretch at the Parking Spot.

2.0. Unique/EC Black Schafter (Redesign)
Mission: I Luv LC (Pass, can also be obtained from Mission Replay)
How to Obtain: The first Special Vehicle in the Story of TBoGT is Gay Tony's Unique/EC Black Schafter (Redesign) which was exclusively added to TBoGT. Make note that this is a completely different Vehicle to the Normal Schafter which is seen from IV and TLaD and also appears in TBoGT. It's given to you in many of Tony's Missions as well as all the Club Management Missions. Since it makes an Appearance so many times in the Game, it would be very redundant to list every instance it appears in, so mentioning it only once is enough. Since you have access to all Parking Spots right from the Beginning of TBoGT, you can obtain it right away from the first Story Mission in the Game, there is no reason to wait. You can get it from Mission Replay too, but honestly it's just best to get it when you do I Luv LC as you can easily get 100% in the Mission and get the Schafter at the same time. So it's one of those Vehicles which can be obtained at any time in TBoGT. If you drive a Schafter (Redesign) yourself or have recently driven one, you might see some of those in Traffic, also you might see some Black Colored ones. What makes Tony's Schafter EC is the Black Poly Luster, the Traffic Black Schafter (Redesign) has a Black Luster, the difference is very subtle but it's enough to make Tony's one EC. It also has a Black Primary and Secondary Color. To obtain it, start the first Story Mission of the Game, called I Luv LC, and simply pass it by driving to the four Locations as instucted. Once the Mission is passed, park the Unique/EC Black Schafter (Redesign) at any Parking Spot in the Game and have it stored there. Simple. The reason why this Vehicle is Unique is due to the Fact that the Schafter (Redesign) never spawns in Traffic unless you drive it, so by normal circumstances you can never see it on the Street, plus it only appears from Story Missions. Also, here is a Full List of Missions where the Unique/EC Schafter (Redesign) is obtainable: I Luv LC, Chinese Takeout, Practise Swing, Bang Bang, Blog This!... (Part 1), Boulevard Baby, Frosting on the Cake, Not So Fast, Ladies' Night, Ladies Half Price, Departure Time and all Club Management Side Missions. Also, just an interesting Fact, in TBoGT another third Schafter was added called Schafter3, but it literally never spawns and is an unobtainable Vehicle like the Police Wreck and the Brickade.

2.1. Unique Swift with Side Doors Open (1 of 2)
Mission: Free Roam between I Luv LC and Departure Time
How to Obtain: Right after passing I Luv LC, you can find a Unique Swift with Side Doors Open at the Westminster Helipad Pier Location, up until the Mission Departure Time which is the Final Mission of TBoGT. After you pass that Mission, it will be replaced with a EC Gold Buzzard, thus making this Swift unobtainable from that point forward on. There isn't any reason to wait, so if you want this, just take it from the Helipad and park it at one of the Parking Spots before going on with the Rest of the Story Missions. You can find this exact same Swift with Side Doors Open in ...Blog This! (Part 2) and that one can be obtained from a Mission Replay, so if you forget this one, you can always get one from Mission Replay. And just so you know, the Golden Buzzard which spawns later on is for sure EC Gold, but Buzzards and APCs don't save in Parking Spots, so it's not mentioned in the Guide.

2.2. Lustered Black Cavalcade FXT
Mission: Practice Swing (Fail, won't effect Stats if obtained on a Mission Replay)
How to Obtain: After passing the Final Mission of the Game, you can replay Story Missions right from Luis' Phone without having any Mission Attempts added to the Stats. I recommend doing so for the Storyline Special Vehicles of TBoGT. There is no reason to fail the Mission on the first go to obtain Special Vehicles in TBoGT, since they can always be obtained from Mission Replay later on. This is a Cavalcade FXT with a Black Body Color It's a Lustered Vehicle, meaning that its Luster is Random every time you start the Mission. However, some Lusters are not Special on it so if you get the Luster which is not Special, reload immediately and retry again. The Luster that is not Special is Silver Stone Poly, avoid that Grayish looking Luster at all costs. If you see a colorful Blue, Red, Green, Light Blue, or Light Beige Brownish Luster, then it's for sure Special. It can also spawn in a couple of different Variations, its Rear can either have an Open Bed or a Cover over it, it also can have Metal Silver Bars or can be without them. To obtain this Lustered Black Cavalcade FXT, you will need some Sticky Bombs. Once you have them, start the Mission Replay of Practice Swing. Do the Mission like normal by driving to the Golden Pier and doing the Golfing Part. After the third Golf Shot, some Enemies inside Lustered Black Cavalcade FXTs will arrive. At this point, place a Sticky Bomb on the Cavalcade FXT on the far left, and then place another Sticky Bomb on the Cavalcade FXT that you don't want. Don't place a Sticky Bomb on the FXT that you want to obtain. After that, detonate the Sticky Bombs. Then, place a Sticky Bomb on Rocco's Caddy and on your own Caddy. At this point, get in the Caddy where Tony is in and begin the Chase Part of the Mission while luring the Cavalcade FXTs out of the Golfing Range. When you get near the Parking Lot Location, quickly get out of your Caddy and move away, then detonate the Sticky Bombs you placed which will fail the Mission. The Cavalcade FXTs will stop giving Chase and slowly start to drive away. Now, call Henrique for an APC while you stand in front of the Cavalcade FXT you want to obtain. All the Passengers will leave, but the Driver will remain. If you snipe him dead, he will remain in the Vehicle which will prevent you from storing it properly and it will vanish. When Henrique arrives with the APC, use it to push the Lustered Black Cavalcade FXT on its side which will force the Driver out of the Vehicle and he will wander off. Once the Driver it out of the Cavalcade FXT and once you're inside the APC, slowly start to push it to Luis' Safehouse since it's the closest one. It's a long push, but if you take your time, you should be fine. Once it's secured in the Parking Spot, drive a few Blocks away and then return to the Parking Spot to confirm the Lustered Black Cavalcade FXT still being there. It's quite a Challenging Vehicle to obtain, so good luck.

2.3. Unique Caged Caddy
This is Rocco's Caged Caddy used in the Mission, the Cage is purely Comestic on it and when Luis enters it, the Animation will be identical to the Regular Unique Caddy without a Cage. The Cage on it looks quite cool and it's a worthy Special Vehicle of being obtained for your Collection. To obtain this Unique Caged Caddy, get some Sticky Bombs, then start a Replay of the Mission Practice Swing via Luis' Phone and proceed with the Mission like normal up until almost the end of it, so go to the Golden Pier and do the three Golf Shots like normal, then kill the Goons and follow Rocco. When Rocco reaches the Road and parks the Caged Caddy, do not enter the Yellow Marker. Do not enter it or else the Unique Caged Caddy will vanish after the Cutscene. At this point, call Henrique and ask for a Bullet GT. Once Henrique arrives with the Bullet GT, leave your Caddy and get inside the Bullet GT while Tony follows you and also gets in it. Use the Bullet GT to push the Caged Caddy all the way back to Luis' Safehouse Parking Spot since it's the closest one. Since Rocco will still be inside of it at this time, it will skid the entire way since the Parking Brake is on. That is Normal and you don't have to worry about it, however, try not to top the Unique Caged Caddy over. If Rocco gets out, then you'll need to restart this entire Process. Since the Mission is still on at this point, there will be hardly any Traffic, if at all, which makes the Push back to the Safehouse quite easy, When you get back to the Safehouse, gently use the Bullet GT to push the Caged Caddy on its Side, which will force Rocco away from the Parking Spot and then get out of your Bullet GT. Rocco and Tony should be standing but don't have them too close to the Parking Spot. Now, throw a Sticky Bomb toward both Rocco and Tony's Direction and detonate them without killing yourself. The Mission should fail at this time since either Rocco and Tony will have died, possibly both of them. Once the Mission has failed and you're teleported away from the Area, go back to the Parking Spot and confirm that the Unique Caged Caddy is still in the Parking Spot. If it is, drive around the Block before saving the Game. The Unique Caddy (Caged) will still be locked and that is why driving around the Block before saving is absolutely needed and essential to do. Make note that this doesn't always work. There were Reports that you absolutely must kill Rocco and Tony simultaneously to fail the Mission, however, in some Versions of the Game, it seems that only killing one Person is good enough and the Unique Caged Caddy should still be there.

2.4. Unique Caddy
Mission: Practice Swing (Pass, can also be obtained from Mission Replay)
How to Obtain: This is the other Variant of the Caddy in Practice Swing without the Cage. Honestly, the Caged Caddy looks better, but the Normal Unique Caddy is still a different Special Vehicle and it's still worth to obtain, despite how easy it is. To get it, start the Mission Practice Swing and just simply pass it, Luis will still be driving this Unique Caddy after passing the Mission, now simply drive it to a Parking Spot and have it stored there. You can get it from Mission Replay, but getting it from passing the Mission while doing the Storyline is faster. To obtain it from a Mission Replay, you do the same exact thing.

2.5. EC Black Sanchez
Mission: Clocking Off (Fail, won't effect Stats if obtained on a Mission Replay)
This is a Sanchez with an EC Black Body Color, it's Fully Black which makes it Special and EC. To obtain it, start a Replay of the Mission Clocking Off and drive to the Docks in Bohan with Armando and Henrique. Walk to the Pier and then a Shootout will begin, take out some of the Enemies and then get upstairs near the Street. You will find the EC Black Sanchez sitting between some Metal Shipping Crates. One of the Stacks will have a Red one on the bottom and a White one on the top and the other Stacks are Blue. When you find the Sanchez, simply leave the Mission Area which will fail the Mission and drive it back to a Parking Spot to store it. Interestingly, there's also an EC Black Reefer in this Mission, but it's unobtainable as Boats can't be saved in Parking Spots.

2.6. Hybrid Hustler Patriot
Mission: Clocking Off (Fail, won't effect Stats if obtained on a Mission Replay)
This is a Patriot with Hustler Gang Tuner Options like the Front Bullbar, Side-Mounted Exhausts, and Roof Spotlights, but it also has the Civilian Patriot Side Skirts mixed together, which makes it Special and a Hybrid Vehicle. It can appear with a Flag or without a Flag Livery. It always appears in a Black Body Color and Black Set Luster, but that is not EC at all. To obtain it, start a Replay of the Mission Clocking Off and drive to the Docks in Bohan with Armando and Henrique. Walk to the Pier and then a Shootout will begin, take out some of the Enemies and then get upstairs near the Street. You will find some Hybrid Hustler Patriots there, simply get into one and drive away from the Shootout. The Mission will fail for abandoning the Mission Area, now simply drive the Hybrid Hustlers Patriot to a Parking Spot and store it there. Interestingly, there's also an EC Black Reefer in this Mission, but it's unobtainable as Boats can't be saved in Parking Spots.

2.7. Hybrid Mafia PMP 600 (1 of 2)
Mission: Clocking Off (Fail, won't effect Stats if obtained on a Mission Replay)
This is a Black Body Colored PMP 600 with Mafia Spoilers and a Mafia Grill, along with a Civilian PMP 600 Grill. Since it has Features from both the Gang and Civilian Variant, it's a Hybrid Vehicle. Though, later on you can obtain a Hybrid/EC White Mafia PMP 600, which would make this Black one Inferior. It's still a different Special Vehicle though, so it has to be mentioned. It looks quite awesome with the Hybrid Grill to say the least. To obtain it, start the Replay of the Mission Clocking Off and head to the Docks in Bohan with Armando and Henrique. Walk to the Pier and then a Shootout will begin, take out some of the Enemies and then get upstairs near the Street. You will find some Hybrid Mafia PMP 600s there, simply get into one and drive away from the Shootout. The Mission will fail for abandoning the Mission Area, now simply drive the Hybrid Mafia PMP 600 to a Parking Spot and store it there. Interestingly, there's also an EC Black Reefer in this Mission, but it's unobtainable as Boats can't be saved in Parking Spots.

2.8. Unique Swift with Side Doors Closed (2 of 2)
Mission: Caught with Your Pants Down (Fail + Suicide, won't effect Stats if obtained on a Mission Replay but the Suicide will count)
There are two Unique Swifts with their Side Doors Closed in TBoGT, this one requires a Suicide while the other one doesn't. The other one is from a Club Management Mission, which can't be replayed after 100% Completion, meaning that if you want the Wasted Stat to be 0, you will need to obtain it from the Club Management Mission and in that case the Swift with Side Doors Closed will be a One Time Only Special Vehicle in terms of Stats. But it can still be obtained any time with the Mission Replay, regardless of the Suicide. If you really want to obtain this one, start a Replay of the Mission Caught with Your Pants Down and drive to Yusuf's Swift. Get inside of the Unique Swift with Side Doors Closed and fly it to a Parking Spot and land it there. At this point, quickly snipe and kill Yusuf and then waste Luis using a Rocket Launcher or Sticky Bombs before the Cutscene plays after failing the Mission. If done correctly, it'll still be in the Parking Spot after you respawn at the Hospital and confirm it. Like already mentioned, I highly suggest getting the one from the Club Management Missions as that one doesn't require a Suicide.

2.9. EC Bright Red Buffalo (1 of 3)
Mission: Kibbutz Number One (Pass, can also be obtained from Mission Replay)
How to Obtain: This is the first of three Chances to obtain Mori's EC Buffalo. It's a Buffalo with an EC Red Body Color, and a EC Bright Red Luster which makes the Buffalo an EC Bright Red Color. To get it, start the Mission Kibbutz Number One and drive with Mori to Bohan in his EC Bright Red Buffalo. When Mori exits the Buffalo in Bohan, simply take the EC Buffalo to the nearby Bohan Parking Spot and then run back on Foot to the Pink Marker to the Shootout and do the Boat Part like normal until you pass the Mission. Once the Mission is passed, go confirm that it's still in the Parking Spot before moving on and saving the Game. If you store a Special Vehicle taken from a Mission while the Mission is still on and not passed or failed, the Game doesn't fully acknowledge the Special Vehicle is stored in the Parking Spot so if you would save the game and then reload without checking on the Special Vehicle first, it would disappear. It can be obtained from Mission Replay anytime even with Failure, the Mission Failure on the Mission Replay won't effect the Stats. To obtain it from Mission Replay, simply shoot and kill Mori and get in the EC Bright Red Buffalo, then drive around and make E-Brakes so Mori's Dead Body gets out of the Buffalo. Once you've done that, simply park it at a Parking Spot. Make note that Vehicles with Dead Bodies inside them aren't acknowledged in the Parking Spots, so you will need to get rid of them. Interestingly, the Smuggler Boats in this Mission are EC/Lustered, there's an EC/Lustered Red and Black Smuggler, EC/Lustered Blue and Black Smuggler, and EC/Lustered Black Smuggler, but these Smuggler Boats are unobtainable since Boats can't be saved in Parking Spots.

3.0. EC Bright Red Buffalo (2 of 3)
Mission: This Ain't Checkers (Fail, won't effect Stats if obtained on a Mission Replay)
This is the second EC Bright Red Buffalo in TBoGT which is Mori's Buffalo. It has a EC Red Body Color with an EC Bright Red Luster which makes it an EC Bright Red Buffalo. To get it, start a Replay of the Mission This Ain't Checkers. The EC Bright Red Buffalo will be provided for you after starting the Mission and all you have to do it shoot and kill Mori to fail the Mission and then just drive the EC Buffalo back to a Parking Spot to store it. Simple. Just make sure that Mori's Dead Body inside the Buffalo falls out of the Vehicle by making E-Brakes, because Vehicles with Dead Bodies inside them don't get saved in Parking Spots.

3.1. EC Dark Red Buffalo
Mission: This Ain't Checkers (Pass, can also be obtained from Mission Replay)
How to Obtain: This is the EC Dark Red Buffalo, which interestingly has the same Body Color as Mori's EC Bright Red Buffalo, but it shows a Color Difference due to the different Luster. It actually have a Black Poly Luster which makes the EC Red Body Color look darker compared to the EC Bright Red Buffalo. If you store the EC Dark Red and EC Bright Red Buffalos in the same Parking Spot, you will sometimes see that it's the same Buffalo, but once you get nearer, you will see the Color Difference. You can obtain it by simply passing the Mission first time or using the Mission Replay, either is fine. Start the Mission This Ain't Checkers and drive Mori to the Helipad to do the Triathlon like normally. After finishing the Boating Portion of the Mission and getting to land to pick a Vehicle, you will find this EC Dark Red Buffalo as one of the Vehicles you can use. Make sure you get back to Land first, though, as Mori will always take this Vehicle if he beats you to Land. Once you get there, take the EC Dark Red Buffalo and continue the Mission like normal. Once passed, you will still be driving this Buffalo. Just take it back to a Parking Spot and store it. If you choose to obtain it from a Mission Replay, you will have to do the exact same thing.

3.2. Lustered/EC2 Yellow F620
Mission: This Ain't Checkers (Pass, can also be obtained from Mission Replay)
How to Obtain: This is one of the newer Discoveries in TBoGT and it's barely a Special Vehicle at all. It's a F620 with a Bright Yellow Body Color which on alone is not Special. It also has a Black Secondary Color which is Invisible and also not Special. But their Combination can't be found in Traffic, since it's an Invisible Combination, then the Vehicle is EC2. It has a Random Luster, but the thing is, Lusters can barely be seen on Yellow Body Colored Vehicles. They will always look washed out and all Lusters will look White on it, but atleast it will show more or less Shine on the Vehicle depending on the Luster that you got. My advice is to get the Lustered/EC2 F620 and then compare it next to a Yellow Traffic F620 and see if it has more or less Shine than it, if that's the case, then your F620 is Special. But most of the time you won't see a real Difference so the only way to know if your F620 is Special is using Save Editors. Make sure that your Lustered/EC2 F620 doesn't get the Frost White Luster, since then it will only be a EC2 F620 which is less Special, barely Special at all. So aim for any other Luster than the Frost White Luster. To obtain it, it's simple and it's the same Method to the EC Dark Red Buffalo from the same Mission. Start the Mission This Ain't Checkers and drive Mori to the Helipad to do the Triathlon like normally. After finishing the Boating Portion of the Mission and getting to Land to pick a Vehicle, you will find this Lustered/EC2 Yellow F620 as one of the Vehicles you can use. When you get there, take the Lustered/EC2 Yellow F620 and continue the Mission like normal. Once passed, you will still be driving this F620. Just take it back to a Parking Spot and store it. If you choose to obtain it from a Mission Replay, you will have to do the exact same thing.

3.3. EC/Lustered Green and Black Bullet GT (1 of 2)
Mission: This Ain't Checkers (Pass, can also be obtained from Mission Replay)
How to Obtain: This is a Bullet GT with a EC Green Body Color and a Black Stripe along the Bottom, the Color Combination is Special and for sure EC. It also has a Random Luster applied onto it. All Lusters are Special on it so don't worry which one you obtain. To obtain it, it's simple and it's the same Method to the EC Dark Red Buffalo from the same Mission. Start the Mission This Ain't Checkers and drive Mori to the Helipad to do the Triathlon like normally. After finishing the Boating Portion of the Mission and getting to Land to pick a Vehicle, you will find this EC/Lustered Green and Black Bullet GT as one of the Vehicles you can use. When you get there, take the EC/Lustered Green and Black Bullet GT and continue the Mission like normal. Once passed, you will still be driving this Bullet GT. Just take it back to a Parking Spot and store it. If you choose to obtain it from a Mission Replay, you will have to do the exact same thing. Also, you can get this same Vehicle from the Triathlon Side Missions.

3.4. EC/Lustered Silver Comet (1 of 2)
Mission: This Ain't Checkers (Pass, can also be obtained from Mission Replay)
How to Obtain: This is a Comet with a EC Silver Body Color which is for sure Special, plus it has a Random Luster applied onto it. After finishing the Boating Portion of the Mission and getting to Land to pick a Vehicle, you will find this EC/Lustered Silver Comet as one of the Vehicles you can use. When you get there, take the EC/Lustered Silver Comet and continue the Mission like normal. Once passed, you will still be driving this Comet. Just take it back to a Parking Spot and store it. If you choose to obtain it from a Mission Replay, you will have to do the exact same thing. Also, you can get this same Vehicle from the Triathlon Side Missions.

3.5. EC Bright Red Buffalo (3 of 3)
Mission: No. 3 (Fail, won't effect Stats if obtained on a Mission Replay)
This is the third time Mori's EC Buffalo appears, it's a Buffalo with an EC Red Body Color and a EC Bright Red Luster, which makes it a EC Bright Red Buffalo. Start a Mission Replay of the Mission No. 3 and upon starting the Mission, you will be provided this EC Bright Red Buffalo. Simply shoot and kill Brucie and Mori to fail the Mission and then take the EC Bright Red Buffalo back to a Parking Spot to store it. Simple. Just make sure that Brucie's and Mori's Dead Bodies inside the Buffalo fall out of the Vehicle by making E-Brakes, because Vehicles with Dead Bodies inside them don't get saved in Parking Spots.

3.6. EC White and Red Bullet GT
Mission: No. 3 (Fail, won't effect Stats if obtained on a Mission Replay)
This is a Bullet GT with a EC White Body Color and has a EC Red Stripe along the Bottom of the Vehicle. It's for sure EC and very worthy to obtain. Start a Mission Replay of the Mission, No. 3 and go to the Location with Mori and Brucie as instructed. When you are retrieving the Vehicles off the Platform and after giving Mori and Brucie their Vehicles, get into your own Vehicle, which is this EC White and Red Bullet GT and simply drive off away from Brucie and Mori. The Mission will be failed and you can just drive it back to a Parking Spot to store it.

3.7. EC Bright Blue F620
Mission: No. 3 (Fail, won't effect Stats if obtained on a Mission Replay)
This is an F620 with a EC Bright Blue Body Color, which looks awesome. Start a Replay of the Mission No. 3 and drive to the Location where you pick up the Sports Cars. When you get there, control the Switch to put all the Cars down the Platform and get in the Bullet GT. Now, follow Mori and Brucie until you get a Wanted Level and when you're near the Angels of Death Clubhouse, but don't go underneath the Highway. Wait there and follow the Turismo and EC F620 with your Camera until you see them under the Road, driving through a Fenced Area, until the Mission finally fails. Once it has failed for being too far away from Mori and Brucie, jump down. You might see that the Turismo and EC F620 are stuck at the Fenced Area. Simply aim a Gun at Brucie which will force him out of the Vehicle, plus the Fence will fall off when you do that. The Pedestrian Model might change though. At this time, call Henrique for a Bullet GT and use the Bullet GT to push the EC Bright Blue F620 back to a Parking Spot. It's not too difficult and I suggest using Luis' Apartment Parking Spot or Playboy X's Penthouse one as they're nearby. When you get it back to a Parking Spot, drive around the Block and then return to confirm the EC F620 is still in the Parking Spot and the Doors will be unlocked. This Method works on all Versions, there is another Method that doesn't work on the PS3 Version though. That Method requires you to follow Mori and Brucie to the AoD Clubhouse and park there. Eventually, the Mission will fail, and the EC F620 will come back to your Location. On the PS3 Version, this does not happen. Now, use a Weapon to aim at the Pedestrian inside the F620 and push it back to a Safehouse Parking Spot.

3.8. EC Bright Blue Buffalo
Mission: Bang Bang (Pass, can also be obtained from Mission Replay)
How to Obtain: This is a nice looking Buffalo with an EC Bright Blue Body Color. Start the Mission or a Replay of a Mission of Bang Bang and this EC Bright Blue Buffalo will be right in front of you, provided for you. Simply drive it whilst completing the Mission, and once passed and while you're still driving it, drive it back to a Parking Spot and store it. Very simple. I suggest obtaining it on a Replay and not while you're doing the Mission for the first time, as it's better to get 100% on the Mission on the first go, thus you'll need to use a Helicopter for that requirement. The Helicopters at the Westminster Helipad don't seem to spawn while doing a Mission Replay of the Mission. So I suggest doing the Mission to 100%, then Replay it for the EC Bright Blue Buffalo. The Replay won't affect the Stats in any way.

3.9. EC/Lustered Pink Feltzer
Mission: Blog This!... (Pass, can also be obtained from Mission Replay)
How to Obtain: This is Gracie's EC/Lustered Pink Feltzer also seen in IV. It's a simple Feltzer with a nice EC Pink Body Color and has a Random Luster applied to it every time you start the Mission. All Lusters that are possible are Special on this EC/Lustered Feltzer, as the Vehicle itself is EC. Also, there are two possible Variations that the Feltzer can have, so you must also reload until the Feltzer has the Variation you want. Interestingly, in IV you can only get the Roofless Variant for the EC/Lustered Pink Feltzer. To obtain it, start the Mission or the Mission Replay of the Mission Blog This!... and after dropping Tony and Gracie off at her House, go to the Helipad over the Booth Tunnel and jack the Maverick there and fly it back to Gracie's House. Once you arrive, use the Maverick's Blades to throw the EC/Lustered Feltzer out of the Driveway and into the Street. The reason for needing a Helicopter instead of a Car is you wouldn't be able to get anything behind the Feltzer to push it out with, thus the only way is using a Helicopter. If successful, the Helicopter Blades will throw the Feltzer out into the Street allowing you to get a Vehicle and push this Feltzer back to a Parking Spot. The closest one is the Lost MC Clubhouse Parking Spot. Once the EC/Lustered Pink Feltzer is out in the Street, you can call 911 and request a Fire Truck to push the Feltzer back to the Parking Spot or just jack a Random Vehicle off the Street being cautious not to get a Wanted Level in the Process. Push the EC/Lustered Feltzer back to the Parking Spot and then continue with the Mission like normal by going to the Internet Cafe, posting a Comment and exiting. Also, you can try and drive into the EC/Lustered Feltzer and try getting it back onto the Street by making it hop onto your Vehicle, use whichever Method you like. Make note that you can obtain this during a Mission Replay too, so it's infinitely obtainable and can always get more EC/Lustered Pink Feltzers with different Lusters.

4.0. Unique/Lustered Black Slamvan with EC Dark Grey or Light Grey Rims
Mission: Frosting on the Cake (Fail, won't effect Stats if obtained on a Mission Replay)
This is quite a wacky Special Vehicle to obtain in terms of the Method. It's a Slamvan which is considered Unique in TBoGT, plus it also has a Random Luster applied to it. Eventhough the Lusters aren't very spectacular, the fact that the Lusters change also makes the Rims change. There are three possible Luster and Rim Combinations that you can obtain on this Slamvan. You can obtain the Variant with the EC Dark Grey Rims, if you get that one then you'll have a Special Black Poly Luster and Special EC Black Poly Rims. The second Variant that you can obtain is the Variant with the EC Light Grey Rims, if you get that one then you'll have a Special Gray Poly Luster and Special EC Pewter Gray Poly Rims. The third Variant is the least Special and I don't recommend getting it, it's the Variant with the Red Rims. If you see Red Rims on the Slamvan, reload and get the one with the Grey Rims. If you get the Variant with the Red Rims, then the Slamvan won't have a Special Luster and it won't have EC Rims at all. Avoid the Red Rims at all costs. When you have that in mind, start the Mission Replay of the Mission Frosting on the Cake and drive to the Docks with Evan. After reaching the Part of the Mission where Luis is getting inside the Stretch E and is ready to throw Sticky Bombs to blow away the Lost MC, start mashing all Buttons except the Shoot Button until Luis is able to magically leave the Stretch E. I have no idea why or how this is possible, but it just is, which is why the Unique/Lustered Slamvan with EC Rims can be obtained. Do not start mashing any of the Buttons until after the Screen turns Black and the Stretch E starts to accelerate forward. If done successfully, Luis will be teleported out of the Stretch E but more than likely he'll be stuck in the Throwing Animation of the Sticky Bombs. If this is the case, simply switch to a Fist or Melee Weapon and he'll be back to normal. At this time, run up to one of the Slamvans nearby and jack it. Drive the Unique/Lustered Black Slamvan with EC Dark Grey or Light Grey Rims to a Safehouse Parking Spot and store it there. On the way to the Parking Spot, the Mission will be failed, but the Stats won't be effected if you obtain it from a Mission Replay.

4.1. Unique/Lustered Black Stretch E
Mission: Frosting on the Cake (Pass, can also be obtained from Mission Replay)
How to Obtain: This is a Stretch E which is a Unique Vehicle since it's only available from a Story Mission, it has a Black Body Color and it has a Random Luster applied to it every time you start the Mission. However, not all Lusters are Special, the Luster that is not Special at all is called Silver Stone Poly in the Game Files. Avoid that Luster at all costs. I suggest getting any other nice looking colorful Luster on it, then you'll know for sure that it has a Special Luster. Start the Mission or a Replay of the Mission Frosting on the Cake and just pass the Mission. After passing the Mission, you will still be driving the Stretch E and can take it back to a Parking Spot to store it. Make note that if you are driving a Stretch E yourself, or have recently driven one as your previously touched Vehicle, others may spawn on the road despite this being a Unique Vehicle. You can also kill Evan as soon as the Mission starts and then take the Unique/Lustered Black Stretch E to a Parking Spot, but you should do this only during Mission Replays, so the Mission Failed Stat doesn't increase in the Stats.

4.2. EC/Lustered Black Zombie
Mission: Frosting on the Cake (Fail, won't effect Stats if obtained on a Mission Replay)
This is a Zombie with a Black Body Color and Black Fender Color, though the Black is not EC at all. It has a Random Luster applied to it every time you do the Mission. Since it has a Random Luster, it should have a Random Rim Color too, but it always seems to spawn in White Rims which are also not EC on alone. The Combination of the Black Body and Fender Color, and the White Rims Color that always seems to spawn on the Zombie, makes the Zombie EC. There is a Zombie with Red Rims and has a Black Body and Fender Color, but those are the Gang Colors on the Zombie found in Traffic. It's unknown if the Red Rims Variant can even spawn on the EC/Lustered Zombie, since Gang Lusters don't really seem to spawn on Lustered Vehicles. However, if you, by any chance, see the Zombie with Red Rims, it's not Special. If you see the Zombie with White Rims, it's for sure Special. As a Conclusion, all Lusters are Special on this EC/Lustered Zombie, as long as the Zombie has White Rims. Also, this EC/Lustered Black Zombie seems to be unobtainable on the PS3 Version of TBoGT since it always vanishes. To obtain it, start a Mission Replay of the Mission Frosting on the Cake, drive Evan to the Docks and do the Sticky Bomb Railshooter Part like normal until you get to almost the end. Once you blow up the APC, you will see the EC/Lustered Black Zombie and Lustered Black Hellfury on the Algonquin Bridge. Don't blow them up, whatever you do, don't blow them up. Wait until the next Cutscene comes where Costas gets shot and dies, now get out of the Stretch E and get on the EC/Lustered Zombie which will probably be behind you. Get onto it and drive off, which will result in the Mission failing due to abandoning Tony, now lose the 3 Star Wanted Level and park and store your EC/Lustered Black Zombie in a Parking Spot.

4.3. Lustered Black Hellfury
Mission: Frosting on the Cake (Fail, won't effect Stats if obtained on a Mission Replay)
This is a Hellfury with a Black Body Color, but it has a Random Luster on it which makes it Special. However, some Lusters on it are not Special and won't make the Hellfury Special at all. These Lusters are Police Car Blue and Lammy Orange. Avoid the Lusters that look Light Blueish and Orange, avoid them at all costs since then the Hellfury won't be Special. If you get these Lusters, reload immediately. I suggest getting a Dark Red Luster on it as it looks nice and is Special. Wait until the next Cutscene comes where Costas gets shot and dies, now get out of the Stretch E and get on the Lustered Hellfury which will probably be behind you. Get onto it and drive off, which will result in the Mission failing due to abandoning Tony, now lose the 3 Star Wanted Level and park and store your Lustered Black Hellfury in a Parking Spot. Unlike the EC/Lustered Zombie from above, this Lustered Hellfury can be obtained on the PS3 Version.

4.4. Unique Swift with Side Doors Open (2 of 2)
Mission: ...Blog This! (Fail, won't effect Stats if obtained on a Mission Replay)
This is the second Unique Swift with Side Doors Open in TBoGT, first one is found parked in Free Roam but limited between the First and Final Missions, though if you completed the Final Mission, you can always obtain this Variant by starting a Replay of the Mission ...Blog This! (Part 2 of Blog This!) and drive to the Helipad at Westminster. You'll see the Unique Swift with Side Doors Open, now aim at Tony's Head and shoot him dead, then immediately after, kill the Celebinator. This will fail the Mission, of course, and at this time get in the Unique Swift with Side Doors Open through the Passenger Side Door pulling Tony's Dead Body out, then fly back to a Parking Spot and store it. I suggest using Brian's Safehouse to store this Swift.

4.5. Unique/EC Blue and White Hexer
Mission: Not So Fast (Fail, won't effect Stats if obtained on a Mission Replay)
How to Obtain: After passing the Final Mission of the Game, you can replay Story Missions right from Luis' Phone without having any Mission Attempts added to the Stats. I recommend doing so for the Storyline Special Vehicles of TBoGT. There is no reason to fail the Mission on the first go to obtain Special Vehicles in TBoGT, since they can always be obtained from Mission Replay later on. This is Johnny's Signature Bike from TLaD and has the same Colors, which is EC in both Games. It's Unique in TBoGT though as it only appears in one Story Mission. To obtain it, start a Replay of the Mission Not So Fast and when you take control of the Gold Buzzard, fly it to the Street next to the Museum and park it. Get out of the Buzzard and call 911 and select the Fire Department to request a Fire Truck. When it arrives, jack it and drive to where Johnny's Unique/EC Hexer is sitting next to the Museum by all the Black and White PMP 600's. Push the Hexer out into the Street and for some reason, this will force the Mission to fail. However, when the Mission fails, Johnny's Hexer will immediately catch on Fire and shortly after will explode. This is the reason you need a Fire Truck and not any Random Vehicle jacked from the Streets. What you must do is use the Fire Truck's Water Hose to continuously put the Fire out while spraying the Unique/EC Blue and White Hexer back to Niko's Middle Park East Parking Spot which is very close by. The unfortunate thing with using the Fire Truck's Water Hose is that you will get a 1 or 2 Star Wanted Level as soon as a Cop sees you spraying the Hexer. This can be problematic, but if you're quick and accurate, you can spray the Hexer to Middle Park East in a very short amount of time. Once the Hexer is in the Parking Spot, immediately get Luis' Phone out and select another Mission to replay. Doing this will teleport you away from the Area with the snap of a finger, thus allowing the Hexer to be renewed and not vanish. Simply fail the Mission you selected to replay after getting the Hexer into the Parking Spot and once back in Free Roam and not on any Mission, go back to Niko's Middle Park East Parking Spot to confirm it's there. If it's there, then you've successfully obtained the Unique/EC Blue and White Hexer.

4.6. Hybrid/EC White Mafia PMP 600
There are two Hybrid Mafia PMP 600s in Not So Fast and both can be obtained at once using one Mission Replay. The EC White one is EC in the sense that the Body Color and Luster Combination can't be found in the Streets, the Black one however is not EC. They're Hybrid since they both possess Features from both the Mafia and Civilian PMP 600 Variants, for example they have Mafia Spoilers and Grills and have a Civilian Grill too, so it looks like they have Hybrid Grills. To obtain both of them, start a Replay of the Mission Not So Fast and once you take control of the Buzzard, fly it to the Street next to the Museum and park it. Get out and call Henrique for a Cavalcade FXT and use the Cavalcade FXT to push one of the Hybrid/EC White Mafia PMP 600s and one of the Hybrid Black Mafia PMP 600s that are scattered around the Entrance to the Museum both back to Niko's Middle Park East Parking Spot. The Mission will soon fail for abandoning the Buzzard as you push the PMP 600 back to a Parking Spot. Once you get the PMP 600s into the Parking Spot, drive around the Block and then return to confirm it and the Doors will be unlocked. If you want, you can obtain one at a time which will be easier to accomplish.

4.7. Hybrid Mafia PMP 600 (2 of 2)
Mission: Not So Fast (Fail, won't effect Stats if obtained on a Mission Replay)
How to Obtain: After passing the Final Mission of the Game, you can replay Story Missions right from Luis' Phone without having any Mission Attempts added to the Stats. I recommend doing so for the Storyline Special Vehicles of TBoGT. There is no reason to fail the Mission on the first go to obtain Special Vehicles in TBoGT, since they can always be obtained from Mission Replay later on. Check out 4.6. to know how to obtain both the Hybrid/EC White Mafia PMP 600 and the Hybrid Black Mafia PMP 600 at the same time while failing the Mission on a Replay, which won't effect the Stats anyways. Or you can obtain one at a time, which is still explained in 4.6. This is the second Hybrid Mafia PMP 600 in Traffic Black Body Color in TBoGT, both are the same Vehicle. This Black one is not EC, but the White one is EC in sense that the Body Color can't be found along with the Luster on the PMP 600 in Traffic. They're Hybrid since they both possess Features from both the Mafia and Civilian PMP 600 Variants, for example they have Mafia Spoilers and Grills and have a Civilian Grill too, so it looks like they have Hybrid Grills.

4.8. EC/Lustered White Vincent with EC White Rims
Mission: Ladies' Night (Fail, won't effect Stats if obtained on a Mission Replay)
This is one of the hardest Special Vehicles in TBoGT to obtain. It's a Vincent with is EC White and it also has EC White Rims, which are different to the White Rims found in Traffic. It is Lustered, but half of the time you'll get a Black Poly Luster Color which is still Special and the most common, there are some nicer looking Lusters but they're all hard to see due to the White Body Color. To get the Luster you want, however, means you have to keep reloading the Game until the Luster you're looking for gets chosen to spawn on the EC/Lustered White Vincent with EC White Rims. All Lusters are Special since the Vehicle is EC. If you want to obtain it, start a Replay of the Mission Ladies' Night, drive to the Helipad and fly to Packie's House in Dukes. Now, follow Packie in his Comet and play this Part like normal up until you reach the Part where Packie drives the Comet into the Parking Garage Building in Alderney. Before he leaves the Garage, this EC/Lustered White Vincent with EC White Rims will be scripted to drive out and make a Right Hand Turn. However, as soon as Packie enters the Garage, land down onto the Street nearby and get out of the Maverick and kill Tony to avoid the Post Mission Failure Cutscene. Run into the Garage and inside you will see this Vincent. Once you accomplished this Part, use a Random Traffic Vehicle or call Henrique for a Cavalcade FXT and use it to push this EC/Lustered White Vincent with EC White Rims back to Niko's Alderney Parking Spot since it's the closest one. After you push it into the Parking Spot, drive around the Block and then return to confirm the Vincent and the Doors will be unlocked. If you have accomplished that, congratulations, as this is one of the harder Special Vehicles to obtain in TBoGT.

4.9. EC Bright Red Comet
Mission: Ladies' Night (Fail, won't effect Stats if obtained on a Mission Replay)
This is Packie McReary's EC Comet and it's not that hard to obtain compared to the Vincent explained above. It's for sure EC Bright Red. To obtain it, start a Replay of the Mission, Ladies' Night, and play like normal right up until theEnd of the Mission where Packie gets out of this EC Bright Red Comet. At this time, land the Maverick and shoot Tony dead to fail the Mission. Call Henrique for a Cavalcade FXT and use it to push this Comet back to Niko's Alderney Parking Spot since it's the closest one. You need to push it as the Comet's Doors are Locked. Just take your time and make sure not to blow up the Comet while pushing it, also try your best to avoid any Police Attention. After you push it into the Parking Spot, drive around the Block and then return to confirm the Comet and the Doors will be unlocked. Interestingly, this Comet also has a Unique Set Four Color Combination, which also gives it a Bright Red Color on the Unused Fourth Color, which is usually Black as it's unused. But the most important thing is that the Body Color is truly EC Bright Red.

5.0. EC Black Maverick (1 of 2)
Mission: Ladies' Night (Pass, can also be obtained from Mission Replay)
How to Obtain: This is the first out of two possible EC Black Mavericks in TBoGT and it's very easy to obtain. It's a Maverick with a Black Body Color and Black Stripe, though it has a Frost White Luster on it. To get it, start the Mission, or the Replay of the Mission, Ladies' Night and simply do the Mission like normal until you pass it. Once the Mission is passed, this EC Black Maverick will be sitting on the Helipad above the Booth Tunnel. Just take it and fly it back to a Parking Spot to store it. If you're doing it on a Mission Replay, just do the exact same thing, or you can fail it by killing Tony when you get to the Helipad where the EC Black Maverick is. Simple.

5.1. Lustered Black Landstalker
Mission: Going Deep (Fail, won't effect Stats if obtained on a Mission Replay)
How to Obtain: This is a Full Black Landstalker which has a Random Luster applied to it every time you start the Mission. However, be very careful as some Lusters are not Special on this Landstalker. Lusters which aren't Special on it are the Pueblo Beige and Silver Stone Poly Lusters, all other Colored Lusters are Special, so be sure you avoid these two Lusters. If you see a Light Brownish or Light Grey Luster, reload immediately, just get any other Luster which is colored and looks nice, as that will surely mean that the Landstalker is Special. To obtain it, start a Replay of the Mission Going Deep and at the start of the Mission, you are given this Lustered Black Landstalker. Simply drive it to the Destination in the Underground Parking Garage and allow Bulgarin and Timur to get out. Then just drive off with the Lustered Black Landstalker as the Mission will soon fail for abandoning Bulgarin and Timur. Once the Mission has failed, simply drive it back to a Parking Spot and store it. Pretty easy.

Video by Lethal Vaccine

5.2. EC Bright Red Oracle
Mission: Going Deep (Pass, can also be obtained from Mission Replay)
How to Obtain: This is a fully EC Bright Red Oracle and is for sure EC. Interestingly, it has a Unique Four Color Combination which isn't found on any other Oracle, though the Fourth Color can't be seen and is Unused, same case as with the EC Bright Red Comet. To obtain the EC Oracle, start the Mission, or the Replay of the Mission, Going Deep and drive to the Destination to the Underground Parking Garage. Timur and Bulgarin will be hiding behind this EC Bright Red Oracle while watching over the NOOSE. Simply do the Mission like normal, hide the Sticky Bomb and kill the NOOSE Team, then drive off in this EC Oracle as a Getaway Ride and finish the Mission. Just make sure that you don't blow the Oracle up in the Shootout Scene. If the Oracle blows up, reload and try again. After the Mission is done, drive it back to a Parking Spot and store it in a Parking Spot. If you're obtaining it on a Mission Replay, you can fail the Mission by driving off in the EC Oracle abandoning Bulgarin and Timur right after you blow up the Landstalker after hiding the Sticky Bomb.

5.3. EC Black Maverick (2 of 2)
Mission: Dropping In (Fail, won't effect Stats if obtained on a Mission Replay)
How to Obtain: After passing the Final Mission of the Game, you can replay Story Missions right from Luis' Phone without having any Mission Attempts added to the Stats. I recommend doing so for the Storyline Special Vehicles of TBoGT. There is no reason to fail the Mission on the first go to obtain Special Vehicles in TBoGT, since they can always be obtained from Mission Replay later on. This is the second EC Black Maverick in TBoGT and it's as easy to obtain as the first one. It's the same EC Black Maverick as before, meaning it has a Black Body and Stripe Color, plus a Frost White Luster. Start the Mission Replay of the Mission Dropping In and drive Timur to the Helitours Helipads. There, you'll find the EC Black Maverick which is used for the Mission. Simply get to it before Timur can and fly off with it while abandoning Timur. This will make the Mission fail and you will be sitting in the EC Maverick. Just fly it back to a Parking Spot and store it.

5.4. Lustered Black Oracle
Mission: In the Crosshairs (Pass, can also be obtained on a Mission Replay)
How to Obtain: This is an Oracle with a Black Body Color with a Random Luster on it every time you start the Mission. However, be very careful as some Lusters on it are not Special at all. Lusters which aren't Special on it are the Dark Green Poly, Black, and Pastel Alabaster Solid Lusters. All other Lusters are Special. If you see a Luster which looks Dark Green, no Luster at all which is the Black Luster, or a Very Light Greenish Luster Color, then the Oracle won't be Special at all. Get any other Luster which are not those three, if you get a Colorful and nice looking Luster, then it would surely be Special. If you want a Green Luster, you need to be very, very careful not to pick the ones which aren't Special. To obtain it, start the Mission or the Replay of In the Crosshairs and at the start of the Mission, this Lustered Black Oracle is given to you and parked nearby. Simply take it back to any Parking Spot and leave it there. When it's parked there, do the Mission like normal and once it's passed, go confirm that it's still in the Parking Spot before moving on and saving the Game. Obtaining it on a Replay means you need to do the exact same thing.

5.5. EC Dark Crimson Maverick
Mission: In the Crosshairs (Pass, can also be obtained on a Mission Replay)
How to Obtain: After passing the Final Mission of the Game, you can replay Story Missions right from Luis' Phone without having any Mission Attempts added to the Stats. I recommend doing so for the Storyline Special Vehicles of TBoGT. There is no reason to fail the Mission on the first go to obtain Special Vehicles in TBoGT, since they can always be obtained from Mission Replay later on. This is one of the hardest Special Vehicles to obtain in TBoGT, it's a Maverick with a EC Dark Deep Crimson Red Body and Stripe Color, plus it has a Frost White Luster on it. It's a Dark Crimson Color, that it almost looks Black, at first it was confused to be a EC Black Maverick, but then it was found out that it's actually a EC Dark Crimson Maverick, completely different to the Black Mavericks. There are two Methods to obtain it, one is very Luck Based and the other is very Difficult. Before trying this, I suggest that you have an Automatic Shotgun with Explosive Shells as it'd be very helpful. Also, you will need to pass the Story to obtain this Special Vehicle from a Mission Replay, since the Harder, but more reliable, Method requires that. To obtain it, start the Replay of the Mission In the Crosshairs and go to the Shootout Area in Algonquin, then take out the four Snipers as instructed. After the Cutscene, you will see this EC Dark Crimson Maverick drop off some Enemies. First the Harder but more reliable Method. When you see that the EC Maverick has dropped off the Enemies, wait for the Maverick to fly to the left and then towards the Street where Ray Boccino's Restaurant is. While it flies towards that Way, shoot a few Explosive Shells onto the Maverick, making sure that the Maverick catches Fire on the already mentioned Street. As soon as you see it catched Fire, look away from it until you hear the Explosion Sound. Once you heard it, look back on the Street and hope to see that the EC Maverick Wreck is still there and alive. Now, get on top of a Ledge and them aim and move towards the Fire Escape Ladder, then drop down onto the Street making sure you go down alive. Once you're down, immediately check if the EC Maverick Wreck has a Dead Pilot inside it. If it has, reload and retry again. The reason why you have to look away is to make sure that the Pilot is not inside the Maverick Wreck, since if he is inside, you won't be able to save the Maverick. Also, make sure the Maverick doesn't drop down on the Leisure Building nearby or in the Backyard of that Building, since you won't be able to retrieve it back, plus if Luis touches the Leisure Building, he will die immediately, so be careful about that. Once you're down on the Street and see that the Maverick Wreck doesn't have a Pilot inside it, call 911 and select the Fire Department and then steal the Fire Truck which will come to the Area soon enough. Keep your Camera on the EC Maverick Wreck at all times or else it might vanish. Use the Fire Truck to push the EC Maverick Wreck to the Middle Park East Safehouse Parking Spot, on the way the Mission will get passed, which is normal. Make sure you always keep the Camera on the Wreck, and make sure you don't get much Police Attention while doing this. Once you're near the Parking Spot, line up the Wreck to the Parking Spot, take out your Phone and have a Mission Replay ready. Now, push the EC Maverick Wreck onto the Parking Spot, once you see it on the Parking Spot, start the Mission Replay. The reason why you want to do that is to teleport out of the Area, since Wrecks seem to almost immediately vanish on Parking Spots. Pass or fail the Mission that you're replaying and now simply go back to the Middle Park East Parking Spot to check if the EC Dark Crimson Maverick is there. If it is, then you've just obtained one of the hardest Special Vehicles in TBoGT. Now for the Luck Based Method, you have to take out a Gun and then shoot the Pilot off, so he dies and the EC Maverick falls on the Rooftop. Most of the time, he will land on the Rooftop, but the Blades will be teared off from the Water Tank nearby, thus you'll have to reload and retry. Sometimes the EC Maverick will fall down and will blow up half way down, which won't be helpful at all, thus again you'll have to reload and retry. If you somehow got the Maverick there on the Roof intact without the Blades spinning on the Water Tank, go towards it while killing off the Enemies, get inside it and fly off. This is much easier said than done, plus nearby there is this annoying Enemy with a Grenade Launcher who will most likely blow the Maverick up anyways. If I were you, I'd choose the Harder Method over this Luck Based Method, as atleast the Harder Method is more reliable and would work most of the time. If you've managed and obtained this Special Vehicle, congratulations, as this is surely very hard to get.

5.6. Lustered Dark Green Vincent with EC Dark Green Rims
Mission: Ladies Half Price (Fail, won't effect Stats if obtained on a Mission Replay)
This is Packie's Vincent also seen in IV, it has a Dark Green Body Color and EC Dark Green Rims. It also has a Random Luster applied to it every time you start the Mission. Since it's an EC Vehicle, all Lusters on it are Special. Though, there is a Traffic Dark Green Vincent but with White Rims which has a Bright Blue Poly Luster, so you might want to avoid that Luster if anything. Half of the Time, the Vincent with have a Black Poly Luster anyways, which is Special. To obtain it, start the Mission Replay of the Mission Ladies Half Price, get inside Tony's Shafter and drive to Pier 45, then sail the Squalo to Charge Island as instructed. After the Cutscene, you will have a Russian Enemy hanging onto the back of your Squalo, just reverse and the Enemy will fall off. At this time, turn around and drive the Boat to the back of the Cargo Ship and jump back onto Land at the nearby Dock. You will see that Niko and Packie are battling the Russians from Bulgarin there. Once back on Land, call Henrique for a Cavalcade FXT, wait for him to come around and then take his Cavalcade FXT. Use it to push the Lustered Vincent with EC Rims away from Niko. Once it's pushed a bit away from him, call Armando and request the Weapon Service. Now, continue to push the Vincent to the Location of the Dock behind the Cargo Ship where you jumped back on Land originally. Get out of the Cavalcade FXT and now get back in the Squalo and drive it forward while keeping the Camera on the Area of where the Cavalcade FXT and Vincent are sitting. When you accelerate forward about a few seconds, immediately stop, and jump out of the Boat and swim back to the Dock where the Cavalcade FXT and Vincent are located. Get back in the Cavalcade FXT and push the Lustered Dark Green Vincent with EC Dark Green Rims to the nearby Parking Lot that Armando is waiting for you at, close to where you jumped off the Boat after driving it forward. Now get back on the Boat, here comes the Tricky Part. What you need to do is beach the Boat into the Parking Lot where Armando is sitting with the Gun Car as well as where the Cavalcade FXT and Vincent are. Immediately after beaching the Boat, quickly get out of it and throw a Sticky Bomb on the Vincent and then go to Armando's Cavalcade and look at the Weapons in the Back. The Mission will fail, but you won't get a Post Mission Failure Cutscene and Luis will remain where he is since he is browsing the Weapons. What will happen after browsing the Weapons for a little while is the Screen will turn Black and you will be put where the Boat was beached but the Cavalcade FXT and Vincent will still be there, as soon as you exit the Weapons Menu. At this time, use the Cavalcade FXT to push the Vincent all the way back to Niko's Middle Park East Safehouse Parking Spot. That will take a while, but if you're patient and persistent, it won't be a Problem at all. Make sure not to get any Police Attention though. When the Vincent is in the Parking Spot, drive away around the Block and once you return, it will still be there and the Doors will be unlocked. Pretty challenging, but still simple.

5.7. Unique Bati Custom
Mission: Departure Time (Fail, won't effect Stats if obtained on a Mission Replay)
This is a Bati Custom Bike which is a Unique Vehicle in TBoGT as you can only obtain it from this Mission only. Though, if you are driving it or had recently driven one, Bati Customs will spawn in Traffic, but they won't if these Conditions aren't met, which still makes this a Unique Vehicle. Start a Replay of the Mission Departure Time, get into Tony's Schafter and drive to Hove Beach, then destroy the Heroin as intructed. After destroying all the Heroin, you will be instructed to kill Timur, instead of doing that, rush to the Unique Bati Custom that is sitting there waiting for you and let Timur escape. The Mission will fail for losing Timur and you will still be in possession of this Bati Custom. Just drive it to a Parking Spot and store it. Simple.

5.8. Black Cavalcade (Redesign) with EC Black Rims
Mission: Armando's Gun Van Special Ability / Drug Wars
How to Obtain: This is Henrique's and Armando's Personal Vehicle, it's a Cavalcade2 which I call a Cavalcade (Redesign). It has a bigger Trunk than the normal Cavalcade and it's a whole different Vehicle compared to the normal Cavalcade. It has a Black Body Color and a Black Luster which on alone are not Special, but it has EC Black Rims which make the Vehicle EC. There are multiple ways to obtain it though. You can get it from Armando's Gun Van Special Ability Phone Option, just call Armando and select the Guns Option, then go to the A Icon on the Map. Once you're there, shoot and kill Armando, then get a Random Vehicle and push the Black Cavalcade (Redesign) with EC Black Rims to a Safehouse Parking Spot to store it there. You can't enter it as it's an Unjackable Vehicle. Once you pushed it to a Parking Spot, leave it there, drive around the Block and you will be able to get into this Cavalcade2 with EC Rims. Another way is to get it from Drug Wars, just start any Drug War and after the Cutscene you will be sitting inside it. Just take it to a Parking Spot and then kill Armando or Henrique to fail the Side Mission, which won't effect the Stats. You can also get it from Corner Kids and from Clocking Off by failing the Mission from a Mission Replay, though I suggest just getting it from a Drug War Side Mission.

5.9. EC Dark Red F620
Mission: Triathlon Side Missions (Fail, won't effect Stats)
How to Obtain: This is an F620 with an EC Dark Red Body Color, and it also has an EC Black Poly Luster. Interestingly, it has the same Color Scheme as the EC Dark Red Buffalo from This Ain't Checkers. It's not Randomly Lustered. You can obtain this EC Dark Red F620 from the Triathlon Side Missions. Just start a Triathlon at Alderney City, BOABO, or Charge Island, do the Parachute and Boat Race like normal making sure you're in First Place. Once you beach the Boat and are instructed to get into a Car, simply get inside the EC Dark Red F620 and drive away. The Triathlon will fail, now, take the EC F620 to a Parking Spot and store it there.

6.0. EC/Lustered Yellow Comet
Mission: Triathlon Side Missions (Fail, won't effect Stats)
How to Obtain: This is a Comet with an EC Yellow Body Color, and it also has a Random Luster applied to it every time you start the Side Mission. Interestingly, it has the same Color Scheme as the Lustered/EC2 Yellow F620 from This Ain't Checkers. All Lusters are Special on this Comet since the Vehicle is EC, eventhough the Lusters can't really be seen nicely since the Vehicle has a Yellow Body Color. You can obtain this EC/Lustered Yellow Comet from the Triathlon Side Missions. Just start a Triathlon at Alderney City, BOABO, or Charge Island, do the Parachute and Boat Race like normal making sure you're in First Place. Once you beach the Boat and are instructed to get into a Car, simply get inside the EC/Lustered Yellow Comet and drive away. The Triathlon will fail, now, take the EC/Lustered Comet to a Parking Spot and store it there.

6.1. EC/Lustered Green and Black Bullet GT (2 of 2)
Mission: Triathlon Side Missions (Fail, won't effect Stats)
How to Obtain: This is a Bullet GT with an EC Green Body Color with a Black Stripe along the Bottom, and it also has a Random Luster applied to it every time you start the Side Mission. Interestingly, it also appears in This Ain't Checkers. All Lusters are Special on this Comet since the Vehicle is EC. You can obtain this EC/Lustered Green and Black Bullet GT from the Triathlon Side Missions. Just start a Triathlon at Alderney City, BOABO, or Charge Island, do the Parachute and Boat Race like normal making sure you're in First Place. Once you beach the Boat and are instructed to get into a Car, simply get inside the EC/Lustered Green and Black Bullet GT and drive away. The Triathlon will fail, now, take the EC/Lustered Bullet GT to a Parking Spot and store it there.

6.2. EC/Lustered Silver Comet (2 of 2)
Mission: Triathlon Side Missions (Fail, won't effect Stats)
How to Obtain: This is a Comet with an EC Silver Body Color, and it also has a Random Luster applied to it every time you start the Side Mission. Interestingly, it also appears in This Ain't Checkers. All Lusters are Special on this Comet since the Vehicle is EC. You can obtain this EC/Lustered Silver Comet from the Triathlon Side Missions. Just start a Triathlon at Alderney City, BOABO, or Charge Island, do the Parachute and Boat Race like normal making sure you're in First Place. Once you beach the Boat and are instructed to get into a Car, simply get inside the EC/Lustered Silver Comet and drive away. The Triathlon will fail, now, take the EC/Lustered Comet to a Parking Spot and store it there.

6.3. EC/Lustered Pink Flatbed
Mission: Base Jumps - Pirate Building (Star Junction), MeTV Building (Star Junction), Getalife Building (Easton), Koresh Tower (Alderney City) (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is a Flatbed with an EC Pink Body Color and it only appears with the Flat Bed Variant. Interestingly, it has a Random Luster applied to it, but the Lusters aren't very visible on it since it has a Pink Body Color. All Lusters are Special since the Vehicle is EC. You can obtain it by starting the Base Jumps at the Pirate Building, MeTV Building, Getalife Building, or Koresh Tower. Drop down and activate the Parachute and make sure that you land on the Bed of the EC/Lustered Pink Flatbed. Once that is done and the Base Jump Side Mission is passed, the Driver will get out, now simply get inside the EC/Lustered Pink Flatbed and drive it to a Parking Spot and store it there. Simple.

6.4. EC/Lustered White and Orange Sanchez
Mission: Base Jumps - Getalife Building (Easton), Union Drive West (City Hall) (Fail, won't effect Stats)
How to Obtain: This is a Sanchez with an EC White and Orange Body Color Combination, plus it has a Random Luster on it every time, eventhough the Lusters can't really be seen on it. All Lusters are Special anyways since the Vehicle is EC. Interestingly, the White Part of the Vehicle's Color is actually a Color which doesn't even exist in the Game, applying unexistent Colors on Vehicles makes the Vehicle be White in the Game, and it's for sure an EC Vehicle. You can obtain it by starting the Base Jumps at the Getalife Building or at Union Drive West. You will be teleported on top of the Building on the EC/Lustered White and Orange Sanchez. What you want to do now is to drive off from the Building, making sure that you fall down on the Road nearby, while still being on the Sanchez. Make sure you land the right side up with the Sanchez, or else you might die. Once that is done, drive the EC/Lustered White and Orange Sanchez to a Parking Spot and store it there.

The Skylift you mentioned is from the mission ''Caught with your Pants Down''. The from ''For the Man who Has Everything'' appears at very end of the mission and is unobtainable. Also i didn't tried the method you said but I doubt it works since is too difficult and needs alot of lucky involved.

There this video showing a improved method of getting the Skylift. Althrought cheats are used i think it can be done without any cheat, Just need to use the Annihilator instead of the Buzzard to shoot down the Skylift into Niko's parking zone.

Yeah, I was actually planning on NOT putting the Skylift in this Guide since I am almost positive nobody is going to obtain it without Cheats and if they do, I need a Video and evidence besides just their word. There is an EC Black Maverick in GTA IV which I KNOW for a fact can't be obtained without Cheats, hence why I didn't add it into my IV Guide. I was skeptical about the Skylift in this Guide since all I see is Videos involving Cheats...

Anyways, I will leave it as is for now and if and when someone shows me a Video of it being obtained and without Cheats, then I will re-write the Description and show the Video of how to get it.

I also didn't include Skylift (1 of 2) or Skylift (2 of 2) despite there being two instances to get it since it doesn't work on PS3. The one in the Guide, however, works on ALL Versions/Platforms, at least...

EDIT: Lol, I just realized you said the one in the Guide is from Caught with Your Pants Down and NOT For the Man Who Has Everything. For f*ck's sake, lol...Oh well. It probably will be removed, anyways. I HOPE it's obtainable without Cheats. I'll wait for someone to prove me wrong before fixing anything as of right now, though.

EDIT 2: Ok, I fixed the Guide and it now says it's from Caught with Your Pants Down and I moved it up a bit since that is where it belongs. I won't be including the one from For the Man Who Has Everything since it won't work on PS3 AND to top it off, it NEEDS Cheats without a doubt. I am still unsure if the one in Caught with Your Pants Down need Cheats, though. I hope someone makes a Video showing how to get it without Cheats.

EDIT 3: You speak about the Annihilator. Can't you use the Gold Buzzard which will spawn on Yusuf's Helipad thus not needing to obtain an Annihilator from free roam or from this Mission:

Abandoning the Swift will fail the mission, And since Yusuf's Helipad is too far away from Niko's Apartament that cant be done. Also Rockstar made the Gold Buzzard unable to be stored at parking zones so that dont works either. The Annihilator is the only armed helicopter that can be stored.

Thanks for the info. I am not very good with the HD Era since it's so linear like that where if you abandon a Vehicle for instance, Mission Failed! unlike the 3D Era where you can do what you want and not get penalized for it. If you find a way to obtain it without Cheats and record it, that will be great! ;)

How to obtain slamvan on PC? Which buttons I need to mash? Help please

"STRATEGY (PC version): lol232 reports that the combination of buttons that must be mashed to trigger the glitch are: Q, W, F, V, C, space, and the left mouse button, all assuming default controls. In addition, he mentions that switching weapons may not work if the glitch below kicks in. To solve this, you must lose all weapons by getting busted or using all of their ammo. The only remaining weapons allowed are a sniper rifle and a melee weapon. I don't have the PC version, so I'm not aware if there are any workarounds to this issue."

The Glitch he is referring to is when you "leave" the Stretch E and are stuck in Sticky Bomb Throwing Position. It happened to me on PS3, but I was able to just switch to Melee Weapon to get out of that and then I made a dash to a nearby Slamvan. The one I got has the Red Trim around the Tires.

Just like Lancet Jades has said, I, too, do NOT have the PC Version so I can't be sure of this and it sucks that you need to lose all your Weapons other than a Sniper Rifle and Melee Weapons. I only obtained this on PS3. Currently, I finished my 16.06% Starter Save for TLaD and starting tomorrow, I will starting the Story and Special Vehicles. Once I finish TLaD by next weekend at the latest most likely, I will be starting my TBoGT Starter Save and then going to 100% with Minimum Stats and 16 Special Vehicles with that game, too. Then it's time for IV Starter Save + 100% Save and GTA V Starter Save.

Sadly, I tried to get the Unique Skylift from Caught with Your Pants Down and it doesn't look like it's possible any way, shape, or form. I obtained the Annihilator with Explosive Guns from Caught with Your Pants Down as a prerequisite before trying to get the Skylift but it shoots the Skylift down way too quickly with only needing one or two shots to destroy it and it breaks in half and falls a lot farther away from the Middle Park East parking spaces. I don't think it's possible. I hope one day someone finds a way to get it, though...

The prison bus and Laundromat is a walk in the park compared to the Skylift! Have you ever managed to get to the APC stage? I am shooting the Skylift at the right time and place, it goes down in front of Pier 45 and I see it in the cutscene hitting the floor but despite how quickly the cutscene is skipped and how quickly I turn the camera to the Skylift it is never there! Why does Rockstar go through all the effort of making a detailed helicopter that is seen a few times in the game and make it so damn hard to get? They also made it so you couldn't store it in GTA V unless you uninstalled a patch.

Yeah, with a Fire Truck, the Prison Bus and Laundromat would be a walk in the park. Only thing is time. If you have the patience, then you can obtain them. Now, when it comes to the Skylift in TBoGT, it's all down to luck, and without luck, it's not possible and that's why I am not a fan of luck based Special Vehicles or tasks in GTA. What I have written in the Guide might not even work. You're going out on a limb trying to actually obtain it with the Method written in the Guide. You should try and get the Annihilator with Explosive Guns on a Replay during Caught with Your Pants Down like the Video shows above and store it at Middle Park East. Then you can use that to shoot the Skylift down, which flies right above your Middle Park East parking spaces. It's difficult to get it to land in the parking spaces, but it SHOULD be possible. You can obtain the Skylift on another Replay of Caught with Your Pants Down. All of this can be done even after 100% Completion. I tried to get the Skylift with Annihilator, but didn't get very close. LieutenantCB17 told me in PM he got it to land in the parking spaces, but when he jumped out of the Annihilator to commit suicide while keeping the camera on the wreck in the parking space, it wasn't there. Theoretically, it should be possible, but nobody has told me they managed to pull it off yet. It's obtainable WITH CHEATS and there is a Video on Youtube of how to get it, but with Cheats isn't very good, thus I didn't mention it in the Guide.

As for the Unique Skylift in V:

9nVJBBn.jpg?1

I have it and obtained it from Sidetracked. But yeah, you're right. It's only obtainable on an unpatched game and more importantly, only on PS3 and X360. PS4, XOne, and PC has it unobtainable, even if they are playing on Version 1.00. When I do a V Save, I always delete the Patches and play on 1.00 until I finish the Save and back it up, and at that time, I update to Version 1.26. All you do is start the Mission as Trevor. If you start as Michael, Trevor will be the one who stores the Skylift on his Helipad, but it doesn't store properly on his Helipad and spawns on its side every single time. So starting the Mission as Trevor will have Michael doing the work during the Mission using the Skylift. Once passed, Michael is still flying it. You just fly it back to his Helipad and park it there and it remains there. I just finished my GTA V Save with 30 Special Vehicles a few days ago, actually! The Unique Skylift is one of my favorites in the entire game. That is why I wish I knew how to get it in TBoGT...

I felt the annihilator method was more frustrating as you would need to load up the game each time you failed unless you knew you were going to fail and land the annihilator in the parking spot before it teleports you away. Also the annihilator sometimes fails you as the explosive round may connect with the Skylift and do nothing or the guns would cut out instantly. You would have to know where exactly to hover and when to shoot the Skylift and I presume for it to save, two wheels would need to be in the parking spot.

I'll add in Videos for the HD Era when I get to updating these Guides. Since there is 9 Guides and each one takes several days to update, it'll be some time. I also have a new job and start next week, so that will also slow down progress. I finished updating III, VC, and CW. Currently working on LCS and then VCS. Then probably TLaD and TBoGT, as they are short, and then the big Guides to update, SA and IV last. So just be patient.

You can just save the Annihilator in the Middle Park East parking spaces then save the game so it stays there. No need to reobtain the Annihilator each time. That's what I did. If I didn't shoot the Skylift down and it landed in the parking space, I just reloaded. It's tedious, though, as you need to start the Replay of Caught with Your Pants Down, drive to Yusuf's Swift, fly it to where the Skylift comes into the screen and Yusuf says what's that, I want one, blah, blah, blah and then fly the Swift to Middle Park East to park it nearby and get inside your Annihilator and hover in the air until the Skylift comes close by. Then cross your fingers you shoot it down at the right moment and half the wreck lands in the parking space. Like I said, I never got close and the wreck wouldn't even fall near the parking space, but LieutenantCB17 said he had it land in the parking space a couple times, but it never stayed there and would always disappear after respawning at the Hospital.

Either way, both Methods are troublesome. Without Cheats, it's the hardest Special Vehicle to obtain in TBoGT, that's for sure. Other hard ones are the Cavalcades in Practice Swing, Caged Caddy in Practice Swing, Hexer in Not So Fast, and Vincent in Ladies Half Price. I have all of these other than the Cavalcade (didn't interest me) in my current TBoGT Save, though. I just wish I could get the Skylift on a Replay in a 2nd Save File with only a Death and no Cheats.

This may seem far fetched but could you buy a hotdog or, get in the back of a taxi to stop the mission failed cutscene from happening which, I would presume stops you from being teleported?

Lethal Vaccine

Never tried, but it's very doubtful, anyways.

Even if you aren't teleported and remained with the wreck at Middle Park East, it's very likely to vanish within seconds, especially due to the size of the Skylift. Like, if you have a wreck nearby, even if you're directly looking at it and the game decides to spawn a ton of traffic, it can make the wreck vanish right before your eyes. This isn't an issue with III, VC, SA, LCS, or VCS, though. As long as you keep the camera on the prize at ALL TIMES, it will NEVER vanish. But in terms of the HD Era, wrecks behave differently and vanish if too much traffic is spawning and too much sh*t is going on while the wreck is in sight. In general, the parking spaces swallow wrecks almost instantly. This is why in my TLaD Save I have that "1" Replay in the Stats. If I blew the Prison Bus up in the parking space and then tried to drive away from it quickly and allow me to get far away from it in time to allow the parking space to renew it, it wouldn't work and disappear literally within the countdown of 2 seconds. The bottom line is wrecks vanish from the parking spaces very, very easily and very, very quickly unfortunately. Even when obtaining the Unique Hexer from Not So Fast, the moment you spray the wreck into the parking space, you need to quickly as you can do another Replay of any Mission to teleport you away from the area to allow the wreck to be renewed in time and NOT vanish. Wrecks are problematic in HD Era.

Probably the weather could help, the game could decrease the number of traffic,in IV i obtain the Grey and black Maverick from Paper Trail(PC,don't know for consoles)when it was raining, with the firetruck The only downside is harder to push since its wet, luckily there wasn't enough traffic to bother much only taxi and a few cars.

It's EC, yeah, but parking spaces don't accept any Buzzard's or APC's. They don't acknowledge the Vehicles at all and disappear if you put them in a parking space.

Sorry for the late reply, I was at work and when I got home, I was tired. It's going to be like that for now on, basically. I will have much less time to be active on the Forum as well as play GTA and get through the Projects I have planned like re-doing my TLaD 100% Save, TBoGT 100% Save, and VCS 49.20% Starter Save and then perhaps re-doing my 1st Save File for SA on PS2.

The only instance you can get that Black Buzzard is failing Sexy Time or just flying it around during Sexy Time. It can't be stored, though. Making some updates to this TBoGT Guide now. Fixing the Legend and adding in Lustered and what it means. Same as I did for TLaD Guide and same thing I will do with the IV Guide eventually after I finish updating TBoGT Guide.

Thanks! I have 3.1 to 5.3 left to update and will do it tomorrow since I work a 10 hour shift today and need to leave soon the way it is, thus no time today at all for anything. Tomorrow I have off and at that time, I will finish updating 3.1 to 5.3 as well as add in all the Videos you have so far! :) Keep 'em coming! I already can show a Video for Packie's EC Comet and Packie's EC and Lustered Vincent. There is quite a few Videos out there for TBoGT, actually. If I recall correctly, a guy on Youtube named "sekret" or something like that has a handful of Videos. Even Swift with Side Doors Closed via Suicide from Caught with Your Pants Down. This one is not good to obtain due to Failure and Death, but you can get it from a Club Management Mission with a Failure and NO Death. Club Management Missions don't get added to the Stats if failed, either, and neither does the Random Encounters.

You aren't recording the harder Special Vehicles like the Lustered Black Cavalcade FXT, Unique Caddy (Caged), EC Bright Blue F620, EC Pink and Lustered Feltzer, Unique Hexer, EC Beige and Lustered Vincent, etc, etc?! Most of these aren't even hard, but take some time. I find the Caged Caddy and Hexer simple, tbh...

There is already Videos for the Comet and Green Vincent, Video for the Slamvan unless you want to make a new one and not in Chinese, lol...There is random Videos out there and will be added in if you don't record them.

At the end of the day, most of the Special Vehicles are no good in TBoGT since you can get them with a Replay and a lot are too easy. The most worthy are Club Management and Random Encounter Special Vehicles since these CAN NOT be repeated like the Story Missions can. So those are priority to obtain when I redo my TBoGT Save in the coming weeks after finishing my redo of TLaD Save.

Guide Updated!

Changed Description of how to obtain the Unique Skylift, fixed some other minor things, reworded some things, removed EC Drug War Vehicles since they are "Rare" Vehicles like Gang War Vehicles are in TLaD due to being available infinitely. I also added in Videos by various people and all the Videos I could find on Youtube. Like IV, TLaD, and now TBoGT, the Videos are still very little and I would like Videos made for all the Vehicles in these GTA's and for the Guides...

Time to move on to updating the IV Guide and SA Guide and then all 9 Guides on the Forum are up to date.

As you can see, I got "100%" on all 26 Story Missions, too. I have all 100% in TBoGT, ALMOST ALL Gold in CW, and ALL Gold in V.

Luckily all the one-time-only Special Vehicle are obtained now. So in the future, all I gotta do is load the Save and then obtain more Special Vehicles from the Story on a Replay and also Lustered Drug War Vehicles and then save the game in a new Save Slot and remove the old Vehicles and I can get all that exist in TBoGT...

For now, I only have III, VC, SA, LCS, VCS, IV, TLaD, TBoGT, and CW for the Guides. Still missing V.

Also, nice EC2 Zombie. I will add it into the Guide eventually. No Updates for several weeks, though, as I am too busy finishing some Saves of my own and also have to work.

Lethal Vaccine

Awesome. My Lustered PMP-600's in my TBoGT Save are fake. Blue and Green spawn in traffic. I won't redo this garbage game again, though, since nothing is special in the end as you can get ALL Special Vehicles from a Replay that are in Story and the very few (9) Special Vehicles that are actually one time only come from Random Encounters and Club Management Missions...Which I have. Little did I know that these Lusters can spawn in traffic, which makes the Vehicles not even special.

Moral of the story? Do NOT trust anything in the HD Era for EC's and Lusters. It's all bullsh*t and unconfirmed until someone cracks open the Game Files and checks the Colors and Lusters and confirms they do NOT spawn in traffic. So many Vehicles have Lusters in traffic and there is a million Vehicles always spawning. You can never be certain with the HD Era and Special Vehicles, so take this sh*t with a grain of salt.

The thing is, these games (IV, TLaD, TBoGT, CW, and V) have been out for so long yet people are basing Special Vehicles on SPECULATION and nothing more. Nobody has confirmed or denied them. They just assumed they are special all these years cuz someone on the Internet said they were.

Ghost Ryder

I don't think the Green Luster spawns on traffic, but I've definitely seen it on Drug Wars a couple of times before.
