Future PC Build

So, I'm trying to build a PC. I didn't intend to break the 1000€ barrier but I slightly did from what I've seen. Anyway, here's my future build:

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z170-HD3P

Processor: Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz

RAM: G-Skill Ripjaws SO-DIMM DDR4 2133 PC4-17000 16GB (2x8)

Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212X

Power Supply: Corsair RM750x 750W

GPU: Sapphire Radeon RX 480 8GB

HDD 1: Samsung 750 Evo SSD 120GB

HDD 2: Seagate Barracuda 2TB

Chassis: Phanteks Eclipse P400S Black w/o Window

Didn't include any peripherals, but those are basically 300€ worth of price (2 screens + a cheap K+M combo to start off).

I need opinions. Yes, I will eventually upgrade it, but I wanted to start off with something decent. The overall price is 1004€.

What do you mean by "eventually"?

If you bother to get a Z170 motherboard and aftermarket cooler to boot I think you should get a 6600K and have the possobility to overclock.

You can save money on the PSU, 750W will be massively overkill. You can save money on the cooler as well. The 212 EVO or Be Quiet Pure Rock are cheaper but perform pretty much the same as the 212X. Cooler Master messed up the pricing on that one.

I don't know what prices look like where you are but I'd get a GTX 1060 over a RX 480. Here they cost pretty much the same but the 1060 is faster.

I also wouldn't get a 120GB SSD, they are terrible value. 240GB models are usually nowhere near twice as expensive but you'll likely regret not getting one.

Don't buy a Sapphire card, they've got probably the worst RMA process outside of sh*tty Chinese no-name GPU brands.

I'd got B150 instead of Z170 for a build that isn't just chasing numbers, get a good 500W PSU, bump the 750 Evo to an 850 in either 256GB or 500GB (500 offers much better value for money in terms of GB-per-€). And chip in a bit more for a GTX 1070 if you actually want to game on dual screens.

SO-DIMM memory sticks are designed mainly for mobile and small form factor applications and are not compatible with the mobo you chose. What you need are the DIMM memory sticks.

A 750W PSU is a huge overkill, I'd much rather get a ~500W PSU and spend the money somewhere else.

Don't even consider getting the RX-480 until non-reference design models are released and tested.

I'd also recommend choosing another HDD. The ST2000DM001 (assuming that's the model in question) comes in several revisions, and chances of you getting the only good one (2 platters, 4 heads) are pretty slim. What I'd recommend instead is the Toshiba P300 2TB.

If you are going to buy a good mobo to overclock and a aftermarket cooler then spend a couple of bucks more and buy a K processor.

Do you need 750w or you intend to sli / crossfire later?
