Sir_Monkau
Hi I need some help I have some graphic and fps problems. I just got a new pc desktop and downloaded and started gta 5(the steam version) for the pc but at the start up where you see the police sirens it froze for 5-10 seconds and I just downloaded the game and didn't touch nothing. It continued on to the prologue and first thing I see is that the fps is very low and that was on default graphic settings. Even restarting the game doesn't help, its the exact same Desktop graphic card: Intel® HD Graphics 530 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950 Processor: Intel® Core i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40Ghz I dont know why this is happening. I played gta 5 on a laptop before this also on default settings and it worked great, no problems. Laptop graphic card: Intel® HD Graphics 520 : NVIDIA GeForce 940M Processor: Intel® Core i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50Ghz I dont know how to fix this, I need help. sorry if bad english. tiimep
I suspect the computer using the Intel HD Graphics card, instead of the 950 GTX one in some settings when you start up your computer when you need to press a certain button to get into those settings. There you have to like set it on your GTX. (This is as far as my computer knowledge goes i had the similair problem when i installed my new motherboard with a 1060 GTX and my dad changed these settings) Edit: Just saw it was 2 weeks ago.. so i suspect the problem was solved.
