Is there any way to disable mouse acceleration?

Only in GTA4 do I have mouse acceleration. It's disabled in Windows, and in every other setting I could find, yet the game still has it enabled. It's really frustrating to try to aim slightly upwards to get the headshot, and if my victim is also shooting at me, aiming can waste valuable seconds of life. I can't find any solutions via Google, so I don't have much hope. Maybe there's some mod hidden in the depths of the Internet somewhere that one of you knows of?
