Cunning Updates killed racing for me. Time to retire this game.

After 3 years of having fun with this game by racing, this latest update has killed any and all desire to play anymore.

 

1. The Annis RE-7B glitch. Car has super speed when equipped with custom spoiler and stock cars. Rendering all other super cars worthless even with catchup on. With catchup on, all cars should be able to compete. The parity of super car races is what made racing fun. Catchup off is when this car should dominate.

 

So many cheesers from my post about this glitch "hope that the glitch doesnt get fixed" prob because its the only way they can win a race by beating people who arent aware of the cheesy glitch.

 

This car going so fast is making catchup races really bad. And glitched cars are dusting the non contact races. So damn stupid.

 

2. Another main thing thats killed racing is that stunt races kill a room. People like me that enjoy racing normal races can now have a race room ruined by picking one stunt race. Then you are stuck doing stunt races all night and have to find a new room to get out of them......because...

 

-----After finishing a normal race, at the next voting screen....several stunt races appear to pick from.

 

-----After a stunt race, only stunt races appear at the voting screen. You will never see a regular race put in rotaton again.

 

So races with mixtures are impossible. Ive always thought it was terrible because you rarely see verified races at the voting anymore either.

 

3. The compacts class and offroad classes are dead.

 

4. Trophy trucks are the most worthless vehicles in the game as you can only race them off-road against bikes. Which is incredibly stupid. Trophy trucks should be their own class.

 

My suggestions....

1. Off road vehicles should be separated into 4 wheel vehicles and bikes. Just like non-offroad races, 4 wheel vehicles and 2 wheels are separated.

 

2. Add some new NON stunt races.

 

3. After finishing stunt race, give the option vote for some normal races and not just stunt races.

Btw, I highly doubt the Annis is glitched, I am almost positive Rockstar designed it that way on purpose. Just like the 900R.

The RE-7B glitch is actually balanced because it f*cks up the handling and traction, so it should actually stay. You actually have to be skilled to use it.

 

The stunt races actually play better than most of the normal races because the stunt races flow for the most part and actually have turns, so they take more skill, unlike most "normal" races in this game.

 

Off-road isn't dead, compacts are dead except on the one stunt race track because the community is garbage and can only race in supers.

 

The trophy truck and desert thing can still compete against the BF400 unless it's in someone's skilled hand, which most people don't have.

 

 

Off road vehicles should definitely be separated.

 

There are already non stunt races, and you can make your own.

Stock tires and custom spoiler iirc. You will fishtail around corners, but it increases the top speed. It also increases acceleration, but the lost traction means you have no grip starting from 0, so everyone else will get up to speed much faster.

Seems like you need to race on last gen then, all vehicle classes are -mostly- balanced because there are no new vehicles and no stunt races.

 

I am serious with this.

 

 

 

 

Also, join a racing crew, racing with randoms is ASS.
