Does rockstar actually read these forums?

Do any rockstar reps actually come to these forums and read any suggestions or bugs?

Not in any official sense, no - they have their own support forums and places for sending suggestions, though I imagine there'll be Rockstar employees who use the forums in a less formal sense.

They definitely read these forums and especially seven sins more than they read support or thier official email. I've seen them pull down a modded map within 2 minutes of it being posted!.
