Rhino disappears after Pegasus delivers

Hello All, I'm having an issue where Pegasus delivers the Rhino, but as soon as I get to the location I get a call from them saying they couldn't deliver. This is well under 30 seconds of driving to the location immediately. I've tried multiple times and it immediately goes away as soon as I get to the location on the map. Any help is much appreciated.

Common issue with the game not knowing what to pick for a vehicle to spawn if it's spawning in a location for ambient cars.

That place on the Vinewood strip, for example, will often spawn a limo or a tour bus instead of your chosen land vehicle. You'd have better luck at the beach or near the bus depot where Series A finale takes place by.

 

If you can't spawn them at all, a fix I've found is to enter your office, provided you have one, and ask the nice man at the desk to bring you any aircraft, again, provided you have one. This forces a Pegasus spawn and seems to reset any active Pegasus vehicles you may have on the map.
