Lethal Vaccine Posted July 16, 2016 Share Posted July 16, 2016 Did you do Driving School? You need to do Driving School and all the other SF Story Missions before Wang Cars is unlocked. You'll get a Phone Call and Wang Cars Blue Icon will turn Green, and allow you to buy it. Once bought, a red marker will appear at Doherty for the final 3 or 4 Wang Wars Missions and then you can move onto The Desert Story Missions. lil weasel Posted July 16, 2016 Share Posted July 16, 2016 (edited) Yes, completing the Driving School opens a new set of Cesar's Mission, which lead eventually to the purchase of the Wang Motors, and Opening a Modding Shop "Arch Angel" on the West Coast of the Second Island (SF). The Other Schools do not offer more missions. You do not need GOLD, merely getting the minimum 70% in each test is enough to pass the school and open the new missions. Â Since it is a secondary objective, it is not necessary to reach the End of the Line Credits Roll. The Heist mission is similar, while a couple of its preliminary missions are in the Story the Final Heist is not required.
